I have never been to a restaurant where they serve food so slow. It took over 30 mins for the main course to arrive after the soup was served. Absolutely absurd. The food may be good but the servers were horrendous. Would not recommend the restaurant because of service but would recommend the restaurant because of the food.

I have been here many times and have never had a bad experience. The food is outstanding, simply look at the menu. Be prepared to wait a bit for your cheque because the staff are very busy at high times. We eat out 5/7 times a week, we go here often and I highly recommend this restaurant................the food is fabulous!

Maxim offers a western style menu catering to the Hong Kong style cafe palatte, however, it strives to be more than it is and fails to convince. The setting and decor is modern, suitable for large groups as well. Their main strength is the selection of cakes and pastries which I would rate separately as "Very Good". I recommend purchasing... My family went to Maxim for dinner on Saturday. The bread was cold and the cream soup was too thick. The food was just ok. The only good part of the dinner was the dessert. They have a variety of cakes for you to pick. The waitress were not attentive. Not worth to pay for a pricy dinner just for... More

The food is really good. The prices are very reasonable considering that most restaurants don't serve dessert as part of their lunch menu. For around $12 + tax you get a 3 course meal. Service is really good and they were really helpful as well.

This is a local restaurant that is closed to our house. The dinning food quality was okay but it's a bit pricy for that quality. The service is not very good and not a family restaurant because they will stare at your kids if they don't sit well - we felt like the kids (toddlers) are not welcomed. The decor... More

My wife, toddler and I went to Maxim's Restaurant for a Sunday lunch. We have been there many times after our church service across the street. The lunch menu is between $8 to $15. The lunch menu items include: - Soup - Entree - Coffee or tea In my most recent visit in late June 2011, we had the caesar... More
