Richmond Grill is an unassuming almost invisible storefront restaurant that is like a downtown upscale restaurant that caters to commuters or suburbanites who want the same sort of quality they can get downtown but near home. The décor is nice, the service great and the food is excellent. It is also consistent in every respect. Whether you want a romantic... More

Kumar, the Chef, bought the restaurant from the original owner, and redecorated. The quality of the food has remained. Even though we moved away from Richmond Hill, we regularly return to the Grill when we want a great meal. His soups are all great, and gluten-free. The meat is always cooked as requested, and accompanied by "al dente" vegetables. The... More

We just had breakfast here and realized they have changed owners. The breakfast is still better than surrounding places that offer breakfast; but the old management and staff made the breakfast slightly better. 3 of us had similar breakfasts with different styles: 3 eggs, 1 type of meat, toast and home fries. My one friend went with blueberry pancakes and... More

It was our 2nd year anniversary and I wanted to take my husband to a very nice restaurant. I have lived in Richmond Hill for many years, and have been to The Richmond Grill years before. The locals here know that this restaurant is a diamond in the rough. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the interior... More

We'd been going here for nearly 20 years and always enjoyed the food and service. We hadn't been for nearly a year and wondered what we'd find. All was very good - was a really great meal with something on the menu for everyone. The steak was raved about and it certainly seems to be their specialty. It was a... More

We were looking forward to being back at Richmond Grill since we had good previous experiences here. Had the beet salad and it was sour with a boatload of balsamic vinegar. Same for my wife's organic field green salad. Followed up with a veal chop and it tasted like it was past its due date. Service was mediocre at best.... More

We have been going here with our friends for many years. Why? Consistently good food, wonderful staff and great service.

There isn't many decent decent dining options in northern Richmond Hill, Richmond Grill is by far and away the best. We've been going since before our son was born and the staff has got to see our son grow into a young man. I always got the grilled sirloin, fries and veg and I'm never disappointed. My wife has the... More

At just a few minutes south of the Richmond Hill Performing Arts Centre, the Richmond Grill is just too handy to park once and walk the remainder of the evening. Look a little deeper into the unimposing store front location and you will see an eclectic collection of art on the walls. The room is well laid out for large... More

By far one of the best restaurant experiences I have had in Richmond Hill. Food was very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Service was amazing, waiter was very courting and friendly. I highly recommend Richmond Grill and will revisit this restaurant many times!
