I have been a fan of this chain for several years. I had not been at this location for at least two years. I enthusiastically brought some friends there to introduce them to this brand and lived to regret it. First, the bread was not warm and of the previous quality. The service was pleasant but slow and inattentive. This... More

Really bad food. The mussels dijonnaise tasted like they were made with Campbell mushroom can soup The place is so noisy, you cannot hear your partner over dinner. After 1 plate, we left ... I didn't feel good... and I was sick all night.

Had a group of friends celebrate a birthday at this restaurant. Ordered the veal with lemon. The meat tasted like it had been reheated and did not taste like veal but rather pork (restaurants often replace veal due to the cost, but this dish was pricey to begin with). The others also ordered veal prepared au gratin and also felt... More

I have been meaning to write a review of the Brossard version of l'Academie which is a neighbourhood restaurant for us. we have never come away disappointed with what they offer. Quality, price is very good value. It is housed in a former Imax Theatre in Champlain Mall. Obviously the second level is many steps above the first level and... More

when you walk into this restaurant you are greeted with this overwhelmingly expansive stairwell that will lead you to the most glorious of bouquets of spices soon to overtake your tastebuds. Even though this restaurant is situated in a mall and the scenery is the parking lot, you forget about it as the decor, high vaulted ceilings, chandeliers and from... More

Good service, food above average. This is a very popular place in the Champlain Mall area, and is good for brunch, or an evening meal

We have been enjoying the Brossard location for many years. Mussels & Fries are always a hit - well cooked, never a disappointment. The stuffed pasta is a hit and miss. Today, not so good. Daily lunch special for mussels or pasta with a soup or salad for $13. Bring your own wine, plenty of parking!

A large, modern resto which supposedly has high end food, but it is just average! I have been here numerous times due to out of town friends who insisted on eating here. It's noisy and bustling due to the relatively low prices. Sort of like a high end fast food place! Or a restaurant training academy, for the staff are... More

Food was fabulous. The server was new but with time he will be a good waiter. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Same feeling as Stephany28 (I think) when she wrote "Nice decor but food is just average. Very crowded on the week-end, sitting are very close to each other." Although it seems a lot of people like this, it is really not my style when I want to enjoy good food in a relax ambiance. I wasn't please at all, although... More
