I love this restaurant. It is situated an DIX 30 in brossard in the same building of the Alt hotel and the Étoile Theater so there is a lot of people before and after shows. The food is delicious I am vegan and the dan dan noodles can be prepared with tofu as wells as chicken for the meat eaters.

Don't bother doing take out, they will either get the order wrong or you will have paid for entrees that won't even get. Atmosphere is so so. Staff can barely speak English , it doesn't matter what you say they will only answer you in French. The Food is average, the portions are average, it's nothing to write home about.

Friendly and efficient service. Shrimp dishes ..appetizing.. and great presentation. Peanut butter dumplings.. no complaints. General Tao..simply the best; huge tender morsels of white meat! The beef and vegetable dish was very tasty. Forget the pork chop with rice..a big mistake. We will definitely return to Rouge!
