Went for a birthday celebration and had a large oval table for 10 people and it was great not having to sit at a long table where you can only talk to the people beside you.

My husband and I frequent this restaurant because of the service and the food. The blackened salmon is always spot on. Most places that offer blackened salmon don't use the right spices nor do they put enough of the spices on the salmon. Two appetizers that we have requested on occasion, and very much enjoyed, are the "Brie Al Forno"... More

We were a group of 21 individuals celebrating a friend's birthday. With a blend of various cultures ranging from Italian, Lebanese, English, French and Greek, I can honestly say that we were please with the service, and quality of food that was being served. Many of us ordered different entrees and main meals from the menu. I being Italian ordered... More

OMG - 23$ for a mediocre pizza! And almost 30$ for a seafood pasta that was way too overcooked and for which the sauce tasted like cheap canned tomato sauce at best! This is supposed to be a fine Italian rest.! Brought our own bday cake, charged 3$ cutting fee per slice...are they kidding me! Got the charge reversed after... More

Avoid this restaurant! it's overrated, and extremely expensive for the small and mediocre portions of food they serve. Not to mention that their service is really slow.

Went to portovino dorval the other night. Was the last group to leave. Forgot a bag containing jewelry, including a necklace. The restaurant was called within 10 minutes of leaving and they confirmed they had it, keeping in mind we were one of the last people in the restaurant and seated at the back. I went back to pick it... More

Being asked what restaurant I would like for my birthday there was no hesitation! The service is like a well rehearsed choreography. Food is served in a timely manner. They are very attentive to your table which allows them to step in with the clear up and next plate. First choice for me was the Ossobucco, cooked to perfection. Bur... More

Good service but the pizza was worse than cheap frozen pizza. Overcooked and barely anything on it, no exaggeration. Tasted like cardboard. The 'fresh basil' should be put on the pizza AFTER it goes through the oven, not before. Couldnt even see or taste those burnt flecks of basil.

Wonderful restaurant in the West Island with a varied but extensive menu . Fresh seafood and steak and their awesome Osso Bucco is tender and delicious . My wife loves their Pesto Mussels and desserts.
