The food was very average. The quality of the sushi was no better than average. Table service was very good--very quick and very friendly. The kitchen staff were watching the television sets and commenting throughout our entire meal--somewhat distracting. Because it was an "all you can eat" style sushi restaurant, I left feeling full.

Although many people think of Sushi as raw fish, Kanda and their staff are great. The food is tasty and you can choose from an extensive all you can eat menu. The dinner pricing is getting pricey however you can expect super service and great food. Definitely a go to place for a casual lunch or dinner.

Brought the family to this restaurant. The sushi was good and the tasting menu was even better. There was a limited selection of sushi. The tasting menu had an assotment of soups, lots of tempura, pad thai, general tao chicken, terriaki salmon and chicken, korean thin beef ribs, scallops, dumplings...... The food was fresh and the service was fast and... More

I come to this restaurant a lot, the food is ok, I guess the prices reflect that. The only thing is that the hostess never smiles and it seems as if she doesn't like her job, other then that I guess its a good place to have a quick lunch, or quick dinner. The plates are nicely decorated. I come... More

I agree that it's the worse service. Nobody smiles or greets clients at this restaurant. I used to go there once a week and now I go to the Décarie Kanda, which is much better in service and in food. The manager is so unrespectfull. She wanted to charge us for some few noodles left on the plate!!!! Really, I... More

I have eaten in Kanda's branch at Pointe Claire. We were two and we took the lunch time buffet deal (14.99$ per person). We tried almost everything on the menu and it was mostly good (the dumplings were the weak stot in my opinion). However the variety is big, the food is fresh (the sushi is very nice) and the... More

I used to love this place and used to go to it very often before. I hadn't been for a while and I noticed in my last visit that the quality isn't as good. sometimes the kanda rolls were hot and fresh and sometimes cold and kinda hard to eat. the sushi are pretty good but I also like the... More

The restaurant is very well located and easy to find. The decor is nice but needs refreshment. The service was ordinary but they kept an attention. The waterglass was constantly filled but with some inconsistency (cold, room temp, ice, no-ice etc.) The lunch menu choices are limited but fair. The food was okay, however we were far from the upscale... More

Service consists of young Japanese girls. They are fast and attentive. Food is quite good. Some maki rolls are inventive and tasty. My dinner today hit the spot.

Buffet style, ordering at the table by marking desired food and quantity. Excellent choice; sushi, sashimi, maki, cold and hot food. Not seafood only. Also chicken and beef.. All for $30 including tip for dinner.
