We have been to Crazyweed many times and always loved it. Not so this time. We went well after lunch rush hour but had to wait at least 10 minutes for an outdoor table that they said had to be cleared. When we were finally taken to the outdoor deck there were at least 3-4 tables that were free. Orders... More

A modern purpose built restaurant not far from but not in the centre of Canmore. Ample car parking close by. Very popular and rightly so. Excellent food, meat balls recommended as a shared starter by super French waiter (how cool is that!) My jerk chicken was delicious and not too hot. The complex accompaniment superb. Thai chicken also recommended with... More

Reviewed Crazy Weed before and not overly impressed but what a change. This year we have barely stopped travelling and I'm thinking the lunch at Crazy Weed may have been the best of anywhere. And that includes France and a lot of Europe. The tuna sandwich was cooked to perfection with a nice salsa type topping and duck fat fried... More

My wife and I loved the new dishes. I think the highlights here are the shrimp toast and the calamari. Our waitress, Elisa, was prompt and professional. You can tell she loves her job. One of our favorite restaurants in the valley.

I'm not sure how I would describe the decor of the restaurant - eclectic with modern overtones. The entrees were Asian fusion and declared delicious by everyone in my party. I had the curry seafood dish and it was super peppery. I wished it came with a serving of yogurt. The desserts were good, some using dates, coconut, kiwi, mango... More

If you're a steak and potato kind of person skip this restaurant. It's definitely creative with a somewhat limited menu but a great wine list. If you like to experiment with fusion foods you'll love it. There was duck, scallops, shrimp and Indian curry on the menu. Upscale and great service.

When we walked in I thought that it looked a little like a cafeteria in a railway station without a great deal of thought put into atmosphere. This changed completely when the food arrived - fantastic. It is one of those places where the food takes over everything and there is an excellent wine selection to boot. Don't be fooled... More

This restaurant came highly recommended and we could see why - from the outset we enjoyed the ambiance, our great server and then the food. Oh! The food! Our party ordered a mixture of small plates - after struggling to choose from the tasty options offered. These were really good and more than adequate in size to appease four hungry... More
