When hungry - eat where the locals eat [Vegan & Gluten Free friendly]

Outstanding restaurant - buzzing with people and their children. Includes a play centre for kids and a children's menu. Plan to be early as it might take a while to find a free table. Enjoyed a vegetarian wrap in a rice tortilla and organic popcorn. The curried squash soup was to die for. Our... read more

I absolutely love this Cafe. It serves delicious and very healthy food made with love by the warm, friendly staff. There is an amazing selection of teas and one of the best cups of coffee in town. Most of the menu is available in gluten free and there's lots of vegetarian options for those with restricted diets. A must visit... More

I was recommended this place by a shopkeeper on the main street of Canmore. It was excellent! I had a Salmon Bowl, which had raw salmon, alfalfa sprouts, carrots, nori, brown rice, kale and a sesame dressing. Filling and satisfying without feeling bloated! I had a pomegranate iced tea that was great. The chairs were comfy and the staff friendly.... More

Phew - dairy free items, gluten free items, whole food items, home-made soups, huge selection of teas, smoothies... everyone can find something to eat here! Delicious.

This place is great. It is extremely busy but the staff here are pleasant and chipper. The tea and coffee here are delicious and the food was even better. The atmosphere is very relaxed and a bit noisy but it's all part of the package. I would agree that it is quite expensive for such a busy Cafe.

I went in to purchase some tea (a refill on a gift-Thai Coconut Lemongrass Green Tea-very different in a good way) and my family stayed for a late lunch. The line-ups can be quite long, but if you can find seating, you can send one person to stand in line while the other lets the kids loose to play with... More

I wanted something a bit different for lunch today, a change from the usual burgers, bagels, sandwiches etc. I stumbled across this open, fresh cafe whilst I was walking to catch the bus in Canmore. I ordered a chai (which arrived at my table still brewing in the mug - yum!) and chicken & avo quesadillas with homemade salsa. It... More

Love this place! Lots of options for food sensitivities like gluten and dairy. The pad thai is fantastic and I always love the mega fresh bowl salad. I could eat here every meal of every day and feel good about it.

Had the up beet veggie burger, it was delicious and filling. The restaurant/cafe has a great modern feel. Definitely family friendly, they have kids toys set up in a corner. Pad Thai was also delicious and turkey apple cheddar sandwich was good. Very large selection of teas, over also a nice fresh feel. Would recommend.

that I was afraid to go in but I am glad I did because I got the best cup of hot black tea that I have ever had since coming to Canada 7 years ago. Also has free Wi-Fi and also does food as well although I did not eat this time. Thoroughly well recommended.
