There are daily specials in addition to the menu, they accommodated our split flatbread pizza choices- (half on one side, half on the other), it was all excellent and their stone pizza oven is really fun to watch. They have an excellent play corner for the kiddos that really helped during the meal, the whole experience was a lot of... More

Wow this place was busy. After trying their flatbread, I completely understand why. Seating for a group is a bit tricky during their busier times, but its worth the wait. This place is definitely a jewel in Canmore.

We wrestled with where to go for great pizza in Canmore. Neither my wife nor myself like tomato sauce based pizza anymore. One local restaurant had a picture of a pesto sauced pizza on their web site, but no such pizza on their menu. Rocky Mountain had a create your own pizza, but started with a tomato sauce, but we... Food is always consistently good. Can be quite busy during peak hours so be prepared to wait (but the wait is worth it). Staff are friendly and attentive most of the time. Everything is homemade and it's soooo good!

In town for just a couple of nights. We showed up on Sunday at 9pm - which is closing time. We asked if they were already closed and they didn't care about the hours - sat us right away. Really good food, good people. Best experience in Canmore!

I read about this restaurant on Tripadvisor. It certainly lived up to it reputation. The flatbread pizza was cooked in a stone fired oven. It was amazing. The atmosphere was wonderful. Service was excellent. We had a pizza that had whiskey soaked pears. Simply delicious!

Our first visit to this restaurant blew us away. We came around 6:30 and were seated right away at the bar. Our kids rated this the best pizza they had ever eaten, and I thought the MountainView Calzone was just amazing. It was baked in front of us in a large oven, and we sat at the bar getting attentive... More

Food was very good and the location was kid friendly. However, the service was slow. I will cut them a bit of slack as it was busy.

Not in the mood for a heavy meal, my husband and I chose the chicken noodle soup and the roasted yam and dark rum soup accompanied by the West Coast Salmon flatbread appetiser - a flatbread pizza crust with smoked salmon, capers, and lemon horseradish drizzle - just perfect. Chunks of chicken through the noodle soup and a rich and creamy... More

I like the oven baked pizza crush. Tasted real Italian pizza with topping of your choice from local, organic produce.
