Ok place for wings, burgers and beer.......some nice salads as well.....we had mixed greens with sesame dressing and diced veggies and peanuts....very good.........buffalo burger was a buffalo steakette and the wings were heavily breaded.........all in all it is what it is......a slightly noisy pub with decent comfort food.

Being in the bow valley for years and always avoiding this place unless someone in our group wants to go. We ended up going on a friday night , not very busy and our waitress was awful and unfriendly. We asked if the beer was supposed to be flat ( after most had finished because she was no where to... Ordered the Po Boy with the Crab Bisque on the side. The soup was cold and the sandwich had 2 tiny fish sticks which really was 60% sandwich 40% bun and lettuce. Wouldn't mind the less than mediocre food except that it's very expensive, my sandwich and an order of fish and chips with one pop came to a grand... More

What a pleasant surprise in the town near Banff! Not only was it a great brew (IPA, my favorite)....but the food was also stellar as well! The bison burger, burgers and salads were delicious. I will definitely remember this little find for our next trip to the mountains.

I do like to try different draft beers and consider myself a beer conacier but the beers here are not good and I have had beers from all over the world and would not go back here. Waited for 30 minutes for a table outside (we were told 15 minute wait) and when we were seated I asked if the... More

Situated just south of Banff in the great Rocky Mountain town of Canmore, the Grizzly Paw Brewing Company and Restaurant is popular with locals and Albertans. The pub opened in 1996 and has a cozy wooden interior, with several fireplaces, and a great scenic patio (also with its own fireplace) Grizzly Paw is the only brewery in the Canadian Rockies... More

We had the elk burger with salad and tomato basil soup. All the food was amazing and the service was excellent. Will definitely return when we are back in Canmore!

Beer is roughly at a British pub temperature. We checked, the bartender said "that's the way we want it". If you like it that way, go for it. If you are more into cold beer, try elsewhere.

This place is absolutely terrible I'm Always amazed that the place is busy Nothing is made in house Servers don't want to be there. The beer is good but there's millions of brew pubs around.
