Meals were surprisingly undersized (but over priced). My chicken dish had a lot of fat, gristle and skin - very little decent meat. When I complained to the waitress she said she got that comment a lot and there was no follow up. More costly than other meals we've had but vastly inferior for quality and quantity. My partners meal... More

This establishment always seems to be busy no matter what time of day you arrive......the beer served is brewed in Canmore and it Is a little bit more expensive compared to other places in the area.....however......the food is consistently good and it has a great atmosphere......this is a must stop for anyone coming for the first time to Canmore!!!!!!

My husband and I went for a kid free lunch and after hearing & seeing ads all around we though we'd try it out. There is a please waited to be seated and sign and no one seemed interested in making eye contact or seating us. When a hostess came around I found her rather abrupt and rude. We wanted... More

Awesome beer, great food. Do yourself a favor and take the brewery tour as well, which is right down the street.

What a disappointment. The fish and chips are not the thing to order from their menu, obviously. My fish was completely tasteless and definitely overcooked. The French fries were average. I did have a cream soda homemade by Grizzly Paw and it had good flavor. A little watered down, but still good. Outside seating is a nice option and maybe... More

What a terrific place! Friendly staff, great food and they serve their Grizzly Paw beer and pop. Just a really good, "come as you are" place to eat. Portion sizes are perfect, and the service was very good - even on a very busy Sunday night. And they have a little store just outside where folks can purchase Grizzly Paw... More

Worst, absolutely the worst burger I've had, ever. Black in the edges and dry as dog food. Biggest $17 ripoff I've ever experienced. It's like they don't care. Beer was fair though. Needed it to wash down the cruddy food.

This has been our "go to" spot every time we visit Canmore & surrounding areas, and usually cannot wait until our next visit, we have also highly recommend it to everyone we know, however after today I think we will be considering something different next time we're there. first we wanted to make a reservation because we know it gets... Fish & chips. One small piece of fish? Other pub food we tried was just that, nothing special. The beer was decent. Staff said twenty minute wait for two-top. No problem. Checked in after twenty minutes and still needed to wait even though three and four Tops were being seated who came in after us. When we asked why, they... More
