We went to this pub style restaurant our first and last day in Canmore. The Irish Stew was fabulous and big enough for dinner the next day.

We were a party of six for lunch. A couple of the people with us had eaten there before and enjoyed it, so we decided to check it out.
And we were all glad we did.
We ordered a variety of meals--burger, salmon, meatloaf, soup, and steak sandwiches.
Everybody was pleased with their order and all were satisfied with the...

Quality live music on mondays. Cheap drinks at the bar. Pool tables. 2 sections, 1 for chilling and one for dancing. Lots of fun!
We went to the restaurant on the day before Good Friday. It was quite unexpectedly busy. Took a bit of time to get serviced. My friend has the Irish Stew, very tastey but not much meat in it. I had the steak sandwish. Really over cooked. I realize it was busy, but,... They were determined to either bring me another...

Enjoyed a Sunday even. Live music which was above average. Place picked up around 23:00hrs. Average food. Great service.
Have enjoyed a few pints here with friends and eaten a couple of times. Once of appetizers--potato wedges and wings, which was good. The service seemed to be a team effort, with not only a server, but also the bartender and another person checking on our table. It is very casual and has a local pub feel to it. They...

Typical pub food and beer. Nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about. I had the special BBQ Prime Rib burger...so-so..I think it was a typical frozen burger..was expecting more, but not bad. We ere with a large group and everyone seemed to enjoy there meal, but novbody seemed to 'rave' about it either.
Best vegburg EVER! handmade, saucy, hearty, huge. Plus handcut fries, and as a garnish.... A freaking kiwi slice. Awesome. Anyone who's been in the bow valley knows how hard it is to get good meatless alternatives and this VB is not only the best i've had in bow, but possibly my whole life. Killer.
You can always expect a wonderful experience at anytime of day, night, week or year. If you are fortunate enough to have Kristen as your server you might find yourself back again sooner than you had expected. That chick rocks! She is fast, friendly and very experienced and always remembers my favourite drink and always remembers that I want a...

The R&C is consistently good. Yes it can look a little intimidating from outside, but the service is the best in Canmore. The food has always been excellent and it as a good beer selection. The daily apply hour between 4-7 is worth visiting.
