The bakery offering the best baguettes and croissants in the Bow Valley re-opened on August 22nd. And, just as it was before the flood, everything on offer in the bakery is fantastic. Welcome back!

Le Fournil is back. Same location, brighter, more modern look. Great to see them back after a hard time with the 2013 floods. The bread, sandwiches and pastries are better than ever. Probably the best in town. Unfortunately the coffee was sub-par. I ordered a cappuccino, got a latte, and a "sorry we used the wrong cup". It was just... More

Sadly, this terrific little community hub was sunk by the Flood of 2013. I had hopes they would reopen but, alas, they have not. Submerging refrigerators and ovens in 18+ inches of water, rebuilding, staffing, and refurnishing the entire place with no incoming revenue must have been too much. A sad loss for the community. In the meantime, JK Bakery,... More

Was a fantastic little bakery. Unfortunately, they have not re-opened since the floods filled the place with water in June. Here's hoping they open their doors once again, but in the mean-time JK Bakery is a good alternative..

Guess the reviews on this place wasn't good enough to keep it open unless so good they had to expand as I drove by and it was closed. Must say was disappointed as was in the mood for some good sweets.

My son & I were out walking & looking for a patisserie & found this one. Enjoyed milk (my son) & coffee and had a croissant with chocolate. OMG, Flaky, buttery and oh so good! Brought strawberry & blueberry Danish home. Very good BUT, Nothing compared to the croissants! Best ever.

Best bakery in a town that desperately needs a good bakery. Authentic, fresh breads and option to stay in for pastries or lunch.

I haven't tasted pastries this good since our cruise past New Caledonia! These people are from Quebec and do the French culture very proud! The soup and baguette was great too but their pastries will make me stop again and again. Real butter. Real raspberries. Real fresh!

Beautiful pastries, lovely owner and baker couple. Took home three boxes of incredible Danish pastries on the plane! Unfortunately they do not ship!
