We celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary yesterday and throughly enjoyed Restaurant 62. But to be fair we new it would meet with our expectations. I had the steak and pawn special and the steak was the best I have ever had. Cooked to perfection, tender and tasty. The prawns were also very well cooked with great flavor. Loved the vegetable... A spectacular meal in a city that is truly devoid of upscale dining establishments. Changing menu focusing on local fare, my only knock is the portion size is a bit small for the dollars charged, a nice wine and drink menu as well.

Don't just order what's on the menu, even though every dish is wonderful - ask Chef to create something for you! You will not be disappointed!

This lovely little restaurant features local ingredients and wines. The food is excellent and the restaurant quiet - a great place for dinner with friends when you want to enjoy each other company. Lunches at Restaurant 62 are great and the prices are very good.

Not for everyone! Not your average restaurant! Small, quiet and Intimate atmosphere. Lovely local ingredients make for local flare! Wonderful start with Burrowing Owl Chardonnay from beautiful Osoyoos. A special treat from the chef, complimentary pork belly -oh so decadent! The chef made the dish that was advertised, (although no longer on the menu) which made what we came for... More

The atmosphere is nice, good for romance or dinner with friends. The service is very good - knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Excellent wine selection and fair prices. The scallops and carpaccio were good appetizer choices. The steak was not a good cut of beef for the entree. The red velvet dessert was terrible. Not many other choices in Abbotsford.

The two of us have eaten here twice recently, taking advantage of the special menus for the "Dine Out" season. The set menu during this month offered three starters, three main courses and two desserts. One choice from each for only $30 was extremely good value. All the dishes we tried were beautifully presented. The complimentary chick pea dip and... More

I have seen some excellent restaurants fail in this community and guess that too many people prefer Chinese restaurants, Boston Pizza, etc to fine dining. Restaurant 62, however, has stood the test of time and remains one of the top restaurants in the valley. As the other reviews state it is excellent on every level from service to food to... More

By far this is the best dining experience in the valley - we love to show up and enjoy share plates at the side tables across from the kitchen. Great food & wine, along with a nice atmosphere that keeps us in Abby, and not driving across the Port Mann.

Well prepared, tasty and elegantly presented dishes with good service and atmosphere. The only fine dining experience left in Abbotsford. Pricey but worth it.
