Amazing!

My husband & I ate here during our stay at the Holiday Inn & it was a fantastic meal. They were knowledgable about the menu in terms of gluten free options & service was great. My husband had the artichoke dip which he loved. I had the procuitto wrapped asparagus & the wedge salad and both were... read more

We were part of a group , so we had buffet. I must say the selection and the quality was exceptional. PRIME Rib to melt in your mouth. Desserts were chocolate mousse one night and cheesecake the other. I really like the view of the lake . The room has nice atmosphere. Ýou just never know where you are going... More

Nice ambiance. Waiter friendly and knowledgeable. Food was excellent. Felt the price was reasonable for what you get. For dessert try the creme brule. Had the filet mignon. Was perfect. Nicely paired as well with the veggies. Wife had the chicken supreme (stuffed with bre) she said it was the best chicken she had ever had. Also had a chocolate... More

This wzs our second time visiting Sol. The first time we were sent there by the owner for a private tea and dessert gifted to us by the owner when we had our anniversary dinner at his other restaurant. The food tonight was awesome. The staff knowledgeable and friendly. The ambiance was excellent. A great p.ace fof couples or friends.

I ordered the Steak & Lobster and was very disappointed. The steak tasted watery, as if it was previously frozen, and lacked proper seasoning. The Lobster was okay, but by then the steak had ruined my meal.

I didn't want to say 'very good' but would say it was 'good' food. Yvonne was a very friendly and efficient waitress. It was a quiet night so our food was on the table and hot very quickly. I would say their prices are comparable to any fine dining restaurant. Would I go back....maybe.

Popped in here twice recently after 8 pm for a light supper and a good glass of wine. The appetizers are really delicious. Try the Grilled Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto; the green salad with blue cheese dressing and the French Onion Soup! These are large portions for appies! Fresh ingredients. Very tasty. It's off season so the Sol was pretty... More

First visit to this restaurant..We went on Wednesday evening. Not overly busy because of season. We were greeted with soft Christmas music . Our server was very informative and pleasant. We chose seafood appetizers & entries. All food was well presented and delicious. Will definitely visit again.

The Sol Lounge is located in the Holiday Inn. It is a restaurant for adult dining. We had dinner there mid-week. The food was very good. We ordered the white onion soup to start. Piping hot delicately flavoured broth with simmered onions and crisp bread croutons generously covered with melting chess. Perfect for a cold night which it was. They... More

Ate here on a Sunday night. Not overly busy but the two servers seemed overwhelmed. The tennis playing on the TV in the corner was unnecessary and stole whatever ambiance the room had...taking away from the view of the lake. As for our food, appies we're okay and two of the four appetizers we ordered we're quite tasty. Our mains... More
