Have been reading a lot about this tea shop, and since my wife LOVES English high tea, this shop is always on my mind. I finally bring my wife there for her birthday lunch. It may not offer the same level of food quality as if a 5-star hotel cafe, but the homemade treats and the friendly attentive service will... More

Just one of those wonderful little finds tucked away in a corner. We've been here a few times for tea. Absolutely delightful staff and service. Oh! The clotted cream! Put it on everything. An excellent selection of quality teas. I buy the Tarajulie to take home.

One of our favourite places to go for a nice cuppa with delicious sandwiches and scones. Wide selection of teas and Adam knows them well. You won't feel rushed as service is elegant, understated but efficient. My girls will often go here when everyone is in town.

It was a lovely lunch and great service . Place was charming and loved the different teas. Adam was very friendly and helpful in assisting us to decide. Next time we will do the afternoon tea . The scones and baked goods were really great as well. Fun afternoon and will be returning for sure !

Had tea this past week with some friends here and it was awesome. The shop is adorable and the service was wonderful. They really seem to care a lot about their customers and make sure they're enjoying their experience. The server was also very polite and soft-spoken, which added to the atmosphere of this relaxing little tea shop. Tea was... More

We went to Markham for my son's wedding. What a great experience so cozy and charming and a great cup of tea to take the cares of the day away. Adam was a great host and made us feel welcome and "at home". The sandwiches along with all the other goodies were delightfully good and the tea was wonderful. Coming... More

A fun way for girls to have a special time together, chatting, laughing and enjoying a wonderful atmosphere, with great food, excellent choices and just the quaintest place you could find. Had High Tea at the Royal York, and this is far superior.

They have many choices for tea. I believe he said 70. The decor is neat - felt like we were in an old English tea shop. The sandwiches were pretty good. My favourite was the raisin bread with apple as well as raisin bread with celery & walnut. The other ones I was not as impressed with having been to... More
