If you find yourself in the vicinity of Thomas Haas after walking on the Spirit Trail do stop in and look at their absolutely stunning pastries, cakes and sweet desserts. The elegant offerings will be boxed in a very classy container and anyone receiving such a treasure will know they are getting something pretty special. However, be warned, you do... More

This little patisserie is the most fabulous and delicious in all of the North Shore. It is so good and so popular that it can be very difficult to park and enter, though

We went to Thomas Haas for lunch and chose the Moroccan chicken panini, a vegetarian sandwich, the smoked salmon croissant and the lemon tart. We shared because we couldn't make up our minds what to have, everything looked so tempting. It tasted divine, as usual. Thomas Haas makes the most delicate, refined pastries, and I could go there for breakfast,... More

This genius pastry and chocolate maker is THE go-to guy, especially for special occasions like Easter, Christmas and birthdays. You can also have a sandwich lunch in this busy spot, and a good latte. He's a friendly fellow with a terrific staff, and line-ups move quickly. You cannot do better than Thomas Haas for desserts or sweets -- not just... More

Thomas Haas is on scene all the time and is continually checking in with his customers! He is so genuine and hospitable and always makes you feel so welcome and respected. We sat one afternoon and talked to him for about 20 minutes and loved every moment of it. Everything Thomas does is absolutely delicious!

I am going to the Broadway location since its opening on a regular basis. Yes it's a bit crowded at times, but only at times. No wonder - everybody who was ever there finds nothing comparable. The pastries and tortes are pieces of art in every sense. Everything Thomas Haas offers is of superior quality. The staff is exceptional and... More

One of my go-to places on the North Shore for pastries and chocolates - world class sweets and baked goods. I love the almond or chocolate croissants. For savory choices, you are for sure limited to sandwiches, soups - but don't worry - these are excellent as well. Just be aware of tight quarters, limited seating
