Pretty good

A couple of people recommended this place to me. I had the beef bourguignon with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes were excellent. The beef had a lot of fat (not the melt in your mouth type), was definitely lower quality, and there wasn't much of it. Would have preferred them use a cut... read more

Food was good, had some Brie fondue to start which was amazing. Had baked mac and cheese as a main, also good. Comfort food for sure. Unfortunately service was awful! And I am not hard to please. Had about three different waitresses. Not one came to ask how my meal was. Never got told the specials. Not friendly. Would be... More

Best food for the value ever! Crab soup had spoonfuls of crab--not just at the bottom of the bowl but throughout the entire bowl. Quinoa salad was very tasty. Huge amounts of food that we couldn't finish but the biggest surprise was the bill. Unbelievably inexpensive! Would go here all the time if I were a local!

I have been to the 2 other Burgoo locations (that I know of) and I was happy to learn that this location offers the same high quality and consistent service as the other locations. Particularly great meal and our waitress was delightful!

We impressed first, lovely place and kind staff. Then food has came... Great finishing. Small and not best expectable seems from street but it's really impessive fuision cuisine. French, indian, mexican, lebanese, italian is redesigned here. We tried humus, guacamole and French pot cooked "french bourgunion"... Tryable. And local draft ale beers of corse.

We visited Burgoo at the suggestion with friends during our recent Vancouver visit. As promised, the menu offered comfort food like stews, goulash, mac and cheese and grilled cheese. I started with the cheese and chive biscuits with bacon marmalade - small biscuits but so good! Then I had the Mac and Cheese and more, with macaroni, bacon, onion, thyme... More

The food is always fabulous and the servers are excellent. I love their homely favorites like the mac 'n more and the grilled cheese. I also love the seasonal salads that change with the time of year. On my most recent visit I was served by Stephany (sp.) and it was one of the best serving experiences I have had... More

Walked in and the place was lively with a hipster crowd mixed with university types. It was Happy Hour so what could be wrong with that? If feels like a neighborhood diner but isn't priced this way. Our table of seven had varied results with our orders. Where some of our party lucked out with Beef Bourguignon and Wild Salmon... More
