Took a first time visitor to Canada up Grouse Mountain to enjoy the activities which are excellent. Decided to have lunch at the Altitudes Bistro which advertises itself as an acclaimed west coast and the cities best Bistro, however we are left in doubt as to such acclamation! Ordered seafood spaghetti and can only report it was high on spaghetti... More

Good location, good choice of food and drinks. Beef dip sandwiches are huge and the salads and other sandwiches very tasty.

Very crowded when we were there, but the food was okay. Service was a little slow for hot meals.Bear biscuits are cute and coffee was ok.

I went to my place to the "Altitudes Bistro" for lunch with my family (wife and two kids), just after midday. The place was not too busy, the food was not bad, although there are not many options; my evaluation is due to the service, in one word: awful. I've been to many places in different countries, few of them... More

It was ok.. the food wasn't terrific. Service was average. I wish we waited to eat once we got down the mountain.

A great bistro type restaurant with the best views in the lower mainland bar none. Good relaxing casual atmosphere anytime during the year. Go during the week on a sunny day, drink beer and eat nachos and just relax!! It's truly great.

After been out in the cold and snow come in here for a lovely light lunch and sit by the open fire, before getting back in the Gondola.

We enjoyed the view from the Bistro but the food was average at best. The Bacon Onion Ring Lettuse Tomato sandwich would have tasted better on less toasted bread and skipped the rosemary part of the mayonaise. The spread overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich. The Seafood chowder was delious. Overall you are not paying for gourmet food but for... More

We ate here at lunch here at a table by the window where we could see almost 180 degrees over English Harbour, the City, and right over to Washington and Vancouver Island as the fluffy clouds drifted quietly by. The food was lovely - try the Falafel Wrap with added avocado or the Angus Burger. Super tasty and a plentiful... More

Caprese flatbread was delicious! The kids also enjoyed the wild salmon, grilled cheese and bolognese pasta. The servers were helpful and nice.
