Great Food and Service, but Certain Items a Little Salty

I had the sablefish dish and it was delicious! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because certain items such as the garlic bread and vegetables that came with the fish were a little too salty for me. Service was great too. They were pretty booked up but offered us a seat if we promised to... read more

I used to work near Quattro's for many years and it was always a special occasion to go there. The food and service was the best in the area. Sadly, after having lunch there yesterday, I have to say it's not the same. The service remains excellent and the presentation is good but I'm still suffering from the amount of... More

I would give this restaurant an Average review, were the menu prices not so high; hence a Poor. We began dining here for special occasions when this restaurant first opened; the prices at that point reflected the food quality, kitchen consistency and professional wait staff there. We'd eaten often at the sister restaurant, Quattro on 4th Avenue in Vancouver. Sadly,... More

For us, this is a special occasion restaurant - excellent menu & meals + wines near the top end of our budget.

I had the pleasure to dine at Gusto di Quattro recently. The service was excellent and most accommodating. The wine was excellent and reasonably priced. The food, however, was merely good and I regret to say there is better Italian elsewhere.

We shared a very good luncheon with friends just prior to Christmas at the Gusto Di Quottro. This small ITalian eatery was very busy, however we had a nice corner round table as requested. The hostess (who was also our waitress) greeted us warmly and got us settled in. This was a reunion luncheon so we were prepared for lots... More

Absolutely amazing food. Service was top notch, we enjoyed it so much that we went back twice! Waiter remembered what I was drinking from the night before and servers recommended some fantastic dishes. If only I lived in Canada I would be here all the time! Keep up the good work guys. Best food I've ever eaten.

Unbelievably loud, you could not carry on a conversation at your table without shouting. The food was terrible! The (formerly good) radicchio wrapped bocconcini were hard little pucks, and they charged an extra $9 to split the appetizer onto 2 plates (2 tiny rolls per plate....you have to charge EXTRA??) - we could have done it ourselves! Another appie was... More

Met friends for lunch yesterday at this North Vancouver Trattoria. The menu includes salads, soups, main course choices, pasta's and risotto. To start, shared the greens with small segments of Cara Cara orangesand beets, topped with crumbled goat cheese. We enjoyed the salad, the greens were not the same old, same old baby greens, which was nice but the salad... More
