The food is excellent. The ambience is high-end bistro-style. Sometimes (especially at weekends) the staff seems to be overwhelmed by the success of their great kitchen when the reservation system isn't working well. If you like a noise environment and busy and hectic staff around you allowto be placed at the bar. Nevertheless the extremely friendly staff tries everything to... More

We had dinner here last night. It is a nice cozy restaurant as others have mentioned. Tables are nicely spaced so you are not too close to other diners. A couple of tables had problems with the sun being right in their eyes while they were dining and the restaurant did not seem able to anything to rectify the situation.... More

This is the worst seafood restaurant I have ever been. Service was not bad, small place, a lot of tables, but their seafood was terrible, fish was not fresh, I would never ever ever go back there again.

Had a terrific dining experience at this gem of a restaurant. Service was excellent and the salmon Wellington truly memorable. Make sure you make a reservation as this is a popular spot. Well worth the trip to North Van.

Our favorite restaurant during 10 days in Seattle and Vancouver. Diverse menu without being overwhelming, contemorary treatment of food, inventive flavor combinations and tweaks on classics (Salmon Wellington was outstanding). All 10 of us raved about the meal. Waiter and kitchen were highly accomodating of diverse dietary needs (nut allergies, low sodium, vegetarian, picky child) and party size. This is... More

Love this place. Food is amazing. Service fantastic. 3 of us shared for appetizers the bucket of clams with garlic, lobster bisque and garden salad. Garlic broth on the clams was so flavorful and the salad was a very large portion with a delicious, refreshing dressing. For mains we had the scallop risotto, ling cod and poutini halibut. Again very... More

My 3rd visit to this wonderful restaurant and as in the past it was perfect. Excellent menu specialising in seafood together with a wide choice of wines and beers. This is a true favourite of mine .

Had a great evening here with friends. Helpful and charming service, rustically funky décor, big bar, cute tiny outdoor patio. Keep in mind that the room can get pretty warm. Will be back.

Tittle says it all, knowledge, curtious even when super busy and great food maybe a bit $$$. Onion allergy can create a real problem or tasteless food but not here and the Omari chickpea spread with balsamic and olive oil with fresh bread wonderful
