In Richmond this is the place for the best fish and chips. We have been here several times for fish and chips and clam chowder. We have never left disappointed - the food is consistently good. Only the cole slaw can be faulted for being just average. The service can be slow when the place is packed but I would... More

We were looking specifically for fish and chips. This place was pretty good overall. I asked the family how they would rate it or how to make it better and the general consensus was the fries lacked overall. In my opinion, they should be real fresh cut fries and be equal to the fish overall. Pretty good though.

My family had lunch here and while the fish was good everything else was below average and clearly not from scratch. The tarter sauce was poor and the coke slaw dressing was from a bottle. The fries were cold and my salad was from a bag. It was fine but not special.

Our friend recommended this place. Apparently, you can also done in, but as it was a nice day, we did take out and took our meal to the park. The New England clam chowder was light and delicious. The oysters and fries were good and not too greasy. My husband had the fried halibut burger and he said that the... More

We hadn't heard of this place before our friend took us there on our last day in Vancouver and hadn't read any of the previous reviews about this place, but reading them now, it seems a little bit hit and miss. However, being British, I like to think that I have had my fair share of both bad, and good... More

Busy day out in Steveston. Had cod and chips with coleslaw. Pretty standard fare and what you would expect. The coleslaw was nice. I little on the expensive side for one piece but it's where you are that I think makes it more expensive. Not bad, but nothing over the top either. Service was reasonable considering they were quite busy.

I remember this place being ok. Visited today. Fries were half raw, calamari tasteless. fish ok. As well, the place is looking run down. Only one bathroom. Not going back.

The fish and chips there were excellent. The sraff were friendly and helpful. A nice little place to go eat, after a walk on the waterfront.

We wanted to try Pajos but the wait was too long and kids were hungry..so we tried this place and really enjoyed the fish and chips. We had one order with cod and one with halibut. The halibut was the best. Had beer on tap. The kids didn't want fish so we ordered chicken burgers for them. Looked like frozen... More

Went for fish and chips for dinner. The cod itself was OK, but the batter was lumpy and over cooked in some spots and undercooked in others, and tasted like it was cooked in old/stale oil. The coleslaw tasteless and the tartar sauce was literally mayonnaise. New England clam chowder was ok, but not what I'd expect from a fish... More
