After walking by several restaurants along the Steveston waterfront, I decided to try Pajo's for some classic fish and chips. The Pajo's order taker suggested the halibut. Even though it was a warm sunny day, with multiple parties awaiting their food, my order was ready within a few minutes. The batter was light and the fish was flaky, moist and... More

Fresh fish in the right setting. No wonder there are long line ups here. Sitting out in the sun eating fish &chips is my idea of heaven!

I have not been to Pajo's in years. I always rated this very best fish and chips until this past Saturday. We happened to be in the neighbourhood and I started to get the 'Pajo's' cravings. Down the wharf we went. I looked at their menu and noticed the high prices. We ordered the small halibut. It came out with... More

A lot of fish and chips shops in Steveston say they are the best, but Pajo's is the real deal. Their batter is light, flaky and never over-cooked. Their fish is fresh as fresh can be, or at least it tastes that way. Their fries are real potatoes and the service is always efficient. It has to be, the place... More

Pajo's is simply the best fish and chips in Richmond, or anywhere. Portions are very generous. The fish has a very thin batter letting you really enjoy the fish itself, and fries are not greasy at all.

The experience of going down on the wharf to order one of the freshest plates or cones of 'Fish'n'Chips' from Pajo's is truly unforgettable. The atmosphere makes you want to add the vinegar and salt to the chips, and dip your fish into Pajo's special sauce. Just be careful; the seagulls are right there with you.

A great place to bring out of town guests on a sunny day for lunch on the wharf. Watch out for the seagulls but they usually keep a safe distance.

This place is always packed on weekends, food is average for the price, my husband loves their crab cake. The line up is always long so try not to go during meal hours.

Since Pajo's first opened it has been a hit with the local population. We live in Steveston and visit Pajo's whenever we have the craving for good fish & chips. Other restaurants on the wharf charge more for theirs and give you "frozen French fries" whereas Pajo's and another fish & chip local on Moncton Street use only fresh cut... More

I eat at Pajo's frequently. Great fish and chips - freshly cooked after you order. The fish is always good and fresh, and the fries are always piping hot, home made and seriously yummy. Then there is the VIEW! Pajo's has two locations in Steveston - on the wharf and at Garry Point Park. I prefer the Garry Point location... More
