great service

We stayed at the hotel attached to this restaurant as guests of Air Canada after a cancelled flight. In spite of the fact that there were many of us from that flight looking for last minute food and drinks in the last hour before closing, our server Rachael was very accommodating. She was very... read more

Excellent food! Waitress was superb, knew the menu well and complimented our food selections... Food is all locally grown and sourced, so fresh and good. Pricey, but the atmosphere is really nice, right on the water, lovely view. Would likely go again...

Walking into this restaurant I was expecting a very fancy, serious, high-end restaurant with expensive menu items, glorious presentations and more cutlery than anyone knows what to do with. What it turned out being was far better than that! The menu is very reasonably priced and set up in a fashion that you can very easily mix and match several... More

The service from arriving to finishing our two hour lunch was excellent. They handeled two large groups plus their usual guests very well.

Have been to this restaurant quite a few times for lunch and dinner. Have found it to be very consistent and food to be quite good. Would recommend it. Nice view of the river also.

The restaurant offers quality food and service. With a beautiful view of the river, birds flying around the sky and sea lion swimming in the water, one will find the food more tasting, the day better, the environment is just made for you. Parking is free and you can easily find a spot for your vehicle. If you go there... More

The view of the Marina is a good one, the service is ok, but the food could be better. I tried the pacific spring salmon and it was frustrating.

The pier was one of our favorite restaurants back in the day when it was a delta hotel now that it is the pacific gateway we tried again it is no longer the fine dinning of the past, it is a casual very good restaurant that will and does need a revamp to replace it as a top notch dinning... More

We always eat here the night before we fly out to Mexico, as we stay at the Pacific Gateway. This year we had the pleasure of having Yvonne as our server. When my meal came and she asked how it was, I said fine, but it was just not to my particular taste, but not to worry I would make... More
