Too slow

25 mins to get our drinks - 45 mins for appies an hour and a half for our food, then another hour for our bill. The food is decent but over priced. Service is too slow, the place wasn't even busy. Nice atmosphere, would not go back for dinner. Maybe appies and drinks

Had a group dinner here. The service was fantastic. The private room we were in had great ambiance. I had the filet mignon, it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The whole group enjoyed their meals. Would highly recommend and visit here again.

Ate here during an overnight layover in Vancouver. Unfriendly service, and slow. Ordered a teriyaki steak, medium. Received a cold, raw steak doused in what tasted like cheap bottled teriyaki sauce. The manager brought a new one, which was cooked, but had the texture of an eraser. My date's prime rib dinner was bloody gristle. Barely able to cut through... More

If you're looking for a great fine dining experience in Vancouver, B.C., try out Chop Steakhouse in Richmond. The Steak Bites appetizer is the most incredibly tender bites of marinated steak that I have ever had. The "Crushed Grape Martini" is the best Martini I have ever had, and I look forward to my next round of them! Huge variety... More

We ate there for both lunch and dinner. Both meals tasted very good. At lunch, the service was poor and slow but the restaurant redeemed itself with dinner. At dinner, the service was excellent and the food came out fast and delicious. For both meals, we ate in the dining room which is quieter and more elegant than the bar... More

Extremely disappointed, poor service and the food came out was completely different from the menu. Anyway, if it tasted good, it's ok, but it's not ! Burned crab cake ! What kind of service ?! I don't think a 5★ steak house will still bring to the customers as it's burned !!!! I ordered the Citrus Soy Glazed Fresh Salmon... More

I was on business and working at my table in the dining room. My server seemed to forget about me. I had to get up twice and ask for things from the other server. My server was nice enough, he was just inattentive. I ordered the steak Oscar and it was cooked to perfection and the seafood not overdone as... More
