Four of us went to dinner here about two weeks ago. We had reservations but there were only two or three other tables of guests indoors. We weren't invited to eat in the outdoor banquets but I also didn't push the point as the music was quite loud (a thing that really bothers my partner, and we did want to... More

We stopped in for dinner as it was conveniently located in the hotel. After spending almost two hours getting through the George Massey tunnel, the last thing I wanted to do was jump in the car and drive. The service was really good. Our waitress was attentive, made sure water was always full, check on our meals. Our meals were... More

We were at restaurant on a Saturday, made reservation but did not need. Restaurant was not busy, we did choose a booth table on patio. 2 hostesses greeted at entrance but as soon as we mentioned we wished for table outside, we were on our own. Service was slow from when given menus, drink and food orders taken and served,... More

Food is average, service, non spectacular, and price is extreme for the value. Would definately not recommend this place - you're way better off with Macdonalds and a bottle of wine in the room.

Went with my fishing buddy and was not disappointed. The prawn cocktail was the best. Great service in a very nice restaurant. Food was great and a fun place to go.

My Dad was in town for one night and i wanted to take him out for a late Father's Day Dinner. As Chop's Steakhouse was right in his hotel we decided to give it a try. The service was absolutely terrible! 4 servers for about 15 tables in total and they couldn't handle it. We waited for service (20 minutes... More

Ate here while staying at the sandman Signature on a recent business trip. Was by myself so sat at the bar, as it is a nice way to have a conversation... if you don't meet another patron, you always have the bartender to talk to. I was fortunate enough to have a greta chat with the bartender and another guest.... More

The Chop Steakhouse is hidden amongst a group of hotels which service the nearby international airport. It is not well known in the Vancouver area, perhaps because the majority of its clientele are staying in these hotels while in town. The prices for their steaks are much lower than what you'd expect in a Steak and Chop Bar, but the... More

The food was alright even though it was not prepared as asked. Items were forgotten, had an entire shrimp cocktail spilled on me by the waitress who then laughed about it. Ate there because we were staying at the Hotel. I would only go back if I was staying at the hotel and was pressed for time or without a... More

I enjoy Chop. Good selection, good quality, and quick service. Having Chop as the room service option was a nice touch for the Sandman.
