Wasn't the best meal I've had. Wasn't cheap either and my husband and son were still hungry after eating the prime rib, which wasn't that great either.

Steak was ordered medium, but came rare. Tasted ok. Outside charred dark so chef/cook probably couldn't tell. Portions are less then filling, so value is not the measurement here, and obviously quality is a little lacking. If it wasn't paid for by company I wouldn't go here again. Seems to rely on rumours of being a high class steak place... More

Our most recent experience with this restaurant was an unfortunate second chance that ended with our family having no food. This time we ordered room service at the Sandman Signature hotel for 6:30 am, only to receive a call at 6:45am telling us that if we still wanted food it would be at least another 30-45 minutes because they just... On aug 8th we had our daughters rehearsal dinner here at chops. There was 14 of us. We had a private room. It was nice we had our own waitress. The service was great. And the menu was very reasonable. And lots of choices. Would come back. Thx

We ate dinner here as family while staying at the Sandman. This was the only positive part of our visit. Our server was very friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. It is a nicer restaurant, yet she was awesome with the kids. There is a special kids menu which was reasonably priced. The kids loved their food. The adults also loved their... More

We had the steak bites, Onion rings and a chop salad. Salad was good, but at $22.00, I would expect more than storebought romaine lettuce. Steak was a bit stringy, but tasty

Staying in one of the uninspiring airport hotels near by, I thought I would cheer my evening up by having dinner in what appeared to be the best of the restaurants that are close. I wish I'd just gone to a fast food place where I wouldn't have any illusions about the food I'd get. Deeply mediocre: eating the steak,... More

This is an upscale place with really good steak and charm. The portions were a little small for the price (like most upscale places). I ate outside, which was really pleasant. The steaks were well-aged, the potatoes are okay. The inside looked very nice, too. The service was friendly but slow because they were clearly under-staffed and that is my... More

The steak was superb! The whole meal so delicious after a long day a work, I arrived late and was looked after very well. Really nice Australian red to match my steak. The atmosphere was combination of cosy, chique and cool, and it worked! Staff were friendly, helpful, attentive with a good sense of humour. I really enjoyed my meal... More

Arrived for late dinner. Seated on outdoor patio. Nice. Then we ordered a soda for hubby and lemonade for daughter. Soda flat. Lemonade watery yuck. Then we ordered and were told there was seafood chowder. Then there wasn't so hubby asked for a substitution. This they did do they brought home cheese bread which was amazing. But actually cost us... More
