Big taste in a little village inside a huge city

Devonport is one of the best villages in Auckland. It has a wonderful main street, Victoria, which has a short walk from the ferry to Manuka restaurant. Friendly staff, awesome food and buzzing atmosphere invite you to enjoy life and give you a mouthful of memories, the earful of joyful discussions... read more

We had lunch here while visiting this beautiful Island. The food we were served was fresh and delicious. We were glad we went there.

We popped over to Devonport for a mooch and a bit of lunch, we weren't sure where to go, so we checked TripAdvisor!! We found Manukua and it seemed pretty busy, which is always a good sign, so they say!!. We sat outside underneath the heater which was nice. Service good. I had the fish pie, which was nice, but... A cosy atmosphere, and really nice staffs greet you as you enter. =) Delicouis food, and a great variable selection too. I would definitely go there again.

We arrived on the ferry about 4.30 and wanted a light meal before the cinema. Most cafes seemed to have closed for the day, and it was too early for a pub meal. We were happy to stumble upon the Manuka Café and found it was just what we wanted. There was a big selection to choose from, friendly staff... More

My partner and I came here for a coffee 2 weeks ago, my partner was so disappointed with her coffee, she said it tasted like a bitter rusty water. With confident and friendly service, she had every expectation of a good coffee but it didn't work out that way.

After venturing up Mount Victoria on Devonport, we made it back down for lunch time. We had initially looked inside this place when it was breakfast time. They posted the menu outside for strollers to view. Upon entering, it seems like a small, idyllic coffeeshop, but one of the waitresses directed to go to the side room where there were... More

Morning coffee here was good. There is no wifi but the food and coffee are great. Small outside eating area and good sized tables inside.

Had a nice lunch here on our way from North Auckland through to the airport. The café was quite full, which is always a good sign. The day was cool so we chose to eat inside, which has quite a good atmosphere. I had great fish & chips, very tasty and reasonable. Beer was great too. Service was good.
