Only ones in the restaurant this Saturday night but didn't care. Watched the sun go down along with the Sangria, excellent fish croquettes, baby squid and mammoth grilled fish platter (for3). Can't say its the best in El Golfo but not sure I'd drive by it unless I really wanted a seat on the beach.

Very friendly, quick service, nice food. Cook off the menu on request (vegetarian). Perfect place for a lunch in the sun.

We absolutely loved this restaurant & ate there several times during our week in Lanzarote. The seafood & fish were delicious. The service & explanation of the dishes was excellent. We loved it especially the honey rum!

Went first time there by recomendation and ever since is my favorit restaurant. Everything is simply great, friendly and profesional staff, fresh, really fresh fish, wegetables and those canarian sauces mmmmmm. The best of all is that is all home made. So if you go to El Golfo and do not go to La Lapa you will make a big... More

Usually eat at La Lapa at El Golfo, the food is excellent, nothing too much trouble for the cheerful staff, my only criticism last time was chips in the tortilla instead of potato. The mixed tapas and fish of the day are good value, the Menu is displayed with prices, everything came at a gentle pace, all the plates went... More

This was our first visit to La Lapa today and we entirely agree with the other 'excellent' reviews for this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. I love fish and here it is freshly caught and beautifully cooked. I asked if there were any fillets of fish, as I hate having to mess about with bones and... More

A light lunch for two at about 3pm. Sunshine and deep blue sea. Mixed salad, baby fried squid, fresh prawns cooked on a bed of salt a couple of glasses of local white wine, and to finish off share the apple tart or cheese with fig jam followed by coffee with a dash of milk or condensed milk.
