Not bad to go once

We went there late, around 7:45pm so most tour buses are gone. The lobster is fresh and tasty, scallop is worse than I expected. The waitress are nice and friendly. Front desk do collect money before you eat, but tips are not included. Prepare cash for tips, I am not sure if you can pay tip by... read more

We were so excited to try a traditional lobster supper while in PEI, and had read the positive reviews. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. It felt like a factory assembly line. We ordered the1.5lb lobster, scallops, kids chicken fingers and grilled cheese. The side salad was absolutely tiny, the lobster was average, slightly over cooked but fresh. The scallops were extremely... More

We wanted the traditional lobster supper...it meet our expectations. Very efficient and good food and lots of it. We had the scallops and lobster. If you are in PEI you must go to this. Unlimited mussels, great fresh rolls, and the desert..oh my!! The whole experience was great. Don't go to late, as the line ups can be long..

Lined up before 4 pm and got a lovely window table. Had exceptional service from Aryna who answered all our questions (e.g. 600 to 1,000 plates a night are served). The bucket of mussels was huge and served without sausce you could taste their sweetness and we had fun watching other folks eating styles (some used fingers, forks or other... More

My friend suggested this restaurant and I was very disappointed. The front desk staff seemed annoyed, the service was extremely slow, the food was terrible, the lobster wasn't hot as requested, the steak wasn't cooked as requested. The ambiance was disappointing and the restaurant smelled musty. The only positive point was that when I called to make the reservation the... More

This is a family style restaurant and very busy. We had reservations for a large number of people and we still had to wait. The service was great and we did not have to wait very long for our food. The food was hot and plenty of it. The mussels were really good.

A lobster supper is a must-do on PEI - just like Anne of Green Gables and Confederation. You do not need to like lobster to have a great meal - the home-baked bread and rolls, the 4 litre buckets of mussels, the desserts and the salad are more than enough! Tip: one person can order a lobster and the other... More

Took family (2 adults/2 kids) and we had a great time! If you are hungry, this is a great spot. Food is average quality, but there's a lot of it. The mussels were fantastic (we ordered a second bucket full after our mains). Lobsters were on the smaller side, but were tasty. Skip the steak if you're a steak lover... More

This restaurant is an over rated tourist trap. Took forever for the waitress to greet us after we were seated. The dinning room is a large covention style room with no ambiance and very hot. They do things different as to ordering at this restaurant. You pay for your meal at the entrance and they give you a coupon for... More

I recently returned for my third visit - bringing my in-laws for their first lobster dinner experience - and we were not disappointed! I didn't remember that you could make a reservation - but we had no trouble getting a table on a Thursday at the end of August. I can't even pick my favorite part - the warm rolls,... More
