Went here with a tour group for a lobster supper. Started with an endless bucket of mussels, then lobster followed by cherry pie. All the food was excellent and the service very good. Mussels are small but tasty. Lobster was partially cut so we did not have such and mess and the excess water was drained away. A busy restaurant... More

Preparing lobster dinners for guests has expanded into a successful and continuing business for this family who now offers these tasty meals as a sit-down dinner in a nice building prepared to deal with busloads of people. Allow 2 hours for this feast which starts with the freshest and tastiest rolls to accompany a never ending bucket of mussels for... More

I went to New Glasgow Lobster Suppers as part of a social event for a conference. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and invited to grab a plate of steamed mussels and a small cup of melted butter. The mussels were served the way mussels should be served - simply steamed. There was no garlic, no curry, no tomatoes,... More

New Glasgow lobster suppers have always been a favorite of mine,(for over 30 years) and this year didn't disappoint. Plenty of food and friendly service. Not just anywhere serves lemonade and potato salad with a cold whole lobster which is the best way to enjoy one. The lobster was nice and juicy and the oversized bib they supplied was well... More

What a fun way to have dinner. We debated about trying this, but am so glad we did. They feed you and feed you for hours with many courses. I tried both soups and both were very good. We both had the lobster, but ordered a small one, since there are so many other courses. The desserts were very good... More

During our 1986 visit to PEI, we had a lobster supper at St. Ann's. However, it had already closed when we visited again in 2014. Luckily, New Glasgow was just down the road from our cottage in Cavendish and every bit as memorable as our first visit. We loved the appetizers and absolutely humongous pail of delicious, fresh mussels! We'll... More

Great food and lots of it!! The evening we were there, the place was crazy busy and service was a bit slow BUT, food was always on our table. The main courses took awhile to get to us but our waitress made sure our drinks, rolls, and bucket of mussels was always full during the wait. All in all, a... More

We have been planning our trip to PEI for several months and were sure to include having a lobster supper at New Glasglow. We were not disappointed, the food was well prepared and was served in hefty portions. Our server Krystal hustled and her great personality really was icing on a great meal. We will certainly will return on our... More
