this is a "taco truck" really its a coverted bus i think. The staff is friendly and the food is Great. We ordered an array of tacos - chicken pork and beef (gringo style -you get melted cheese between two tortilla then they are filled with meat). Although our orders were wrong a few times, the food here is really very good. I have witnessed others complaining about orders wrong, I think the problem is the cook doesn't understand English.

Great food and a great location to grab lunch on the way to or from Tahoe! This Mexican food is better than any that we've had at South Lake Tahoe. The burrito is fabulous. Roy, the owner is a really nice person--- he even helped us start our car when our battery went dead while we were there.

A small place, located just past the sort of toll-booth checkpoints on the way out of town. (It is on the right as you drive away from South Lake Tahoe.) It does a good deal business for locals, and we noticed several public safety/law enforcement type vehicles come to get lunch, (and they always seem to know the best places.)... More
