Excellent food and service. We stayed for three nights and ate at Base Camp twice. The first time was had the Hawaiian and a salad. Tonight my husband had the all meat pizza (cannot recall the name) and I had a salad. We will definitely return! I give atmosphere a very good rating rather than excellent because it is packed... Awesome pizza and vibe. Everything about Basecamp works. Music, good selection of beer, and the pizza. We built our own – grilled onions, tomatoes, pesto and chicken. A medium +2 individual salads - more than enough. Service was perfect - friendly, attentive and engaging.we were in town for five days and it went there twice. Big thumbs up!

Was walking through Heavenly Village when all of a sudden I smelled the most magical thing on earth. I followed that smell to Base Camp. This place is the best! An awesome atmosphere for couples, families, and friends. The beer garlic fries were amazing, but the pizza was the main star. All the flavors went so well together that I... More

Base Camp Pizza may well be the busiest eating establishment in the South Tahoe area. Even during the slow seasons, people line up to get a table for some of the best pizza ANYWHERE! The service is always fast and friendly once you do get seated, and the offerings of pizza and salads is superb. Their beer selection is also... More

Very good pizza! Has great flavor and the crust is perfect! A little spendy but worth every penny! The atmosphere is very upbeat and they always have a full house. If your going to eat pizza in Tahoe this is the place to go!

With its comfortable outside seating (with heat lamps for a cool evening), this is a great place to go for pizza and beer. We enjoyed listening to the live music and also being able to watch sports TV. Its a fun place to go. There were couples through larger group parties when we were there. Service is good. Although we... More

Great joint for pizza and beer. The beer selection was good and the waitress brought samples for everyone. The prices were great on the pizza and they had a huge selection or you could customize. There was live music which was unexpected especially being the off-season. The outdoor heaters were great and everyone had chosen to sit outside and enjoy... More

Can't say enough about this place. It's totally hip but still family friendly. One of Tahoe's best casual places to eat in the Stateline area. Not only is the pizza awesome but so are the salads. Also, the drink menu and drinks are great without costing too much. A must stop if your in the area!!
