In my quest to try out all the highest reviewed places on Yelp we came in here one evening for dinner. It didn't hurt our resort had an ad for the place on the key card which gives you 20% off your bill. We were here on a Sunday night and there was a huge party going on downstairs so... More

We love this place - we stop by whenever we are in the area. Never had a bad cocktail here (Bob the Dog is THE hot summer day drink) and they have a good selection of beers as well. Service is generally good, though we have had to wait a while for a table and/or flag staff down for refills... More

Busy place, but the atmosphere was very nice. We were seated quickly and our waitress was very friendly! I had the shepherds pie which was very good and comforting. My wife had the wild mushroom pizza which was awesome. I helped her polish it off after plowing through the pie. Beer was good and cold with a nice selection. If... More

My husband and I got married at Emerald Bay on Saturday the 13th and chose Mcduff's for our wedding celebration. We could not have chosen a better place! We had a party of seven and everyone wasn't there together. It's normally their policy to wait and seat only complete parties and they accommodated us anyway. They were very busy as... More

Outdoor seating, nice and shady! Service was excellent! Pub food was yummy. On our weekend in Tahoe, we went twice! Once was not enough!

Macduff's Pub is a great place to have lunch or dinner. They have a variety of foods and a great selection of drinks. Their house beer is excellent! Spinach and Artichoke dip was hands down the best I've had anywhere. I sent a friend there and they agreed! The wing sauces are great as well. Zesty Kona was delicious! Definitely... More

After a day of golf, we decided to stop by the pub for a cold beer and some snacks. We ordered pizza and it was delicious along with a cold beer. Sitting outside underneath the shade tree was great, especially on hot summer day.

There was nothing particularly wrong with this spot except that it was located out of the way on a side street and not that easy to find. Good selection of beers on tap. Pub grub was decent. We had fish and chips - portions were very generous. Ate outside at a patio table. Service could only be described as slow.... More
