Great taste and friendly service

The atmosphere was cozy, menu offered many choices - from authentic Irish fare to American burgers. Irish stew was thick, meat was tender, large servings, price was right. Numerous beers, local brews available. Staff were very friendly - service prompt.

Service was attentive and beers were great. A lively and friendly place. Corn beef and cabbage was too salty; fried calamari was oily (sic) and rubbery; battered shrimp was crunchy and went well with the beers.

Yes, it was packed and loud around 7pm on weekday night, but service was great and we've got plenty of attention. Our diner was tasty, however my son's pizza wasn't the best. Maybe we'll have more luck next time. Overall it's a great place for diner and we liked the dining room ambiance.

Have visited a few times over the years when coming to Lake Tahoe for skiing and enjoyed our meals. This year again was no exception. Had the Steak Stew, good choice. My wife had the Fish and Chips which was huge and which she also enjoyed. Good selection of beers. A good choice which we will visit again in the... More

Loved this pub. Service was great and everyone worked well together. We tried the Mac & Cheese-the best we ever head. Loved the pizza and bread pudding desert too. A new go to place for Tahoe.

Me and 8 of my friends decided to make this our dinner place on our last night at Lake Tahoe - it was the best decision we collectively ever made! The food was phenomenal - a great variety and all very good. I tried 3 different dishes: corned beef, fish and chips, and shepherds pie! All very delicious. Calamari appetizer... More

This place is off the main highway. Great place to eat. Plenty of parking. Inside can be a bit crowded, tables are close together. I had pizza was enough for two people. Staff was friendly.

My husband and I met some old friend from dinner and drinks, they were in Rio for the weekend and we drove up from San Francisco to meet them. We arrived first and were told to have a drink at the bar and wait for a table. ok, so we did, both bartenders walk and stood right in front of... More

We were looking for lunch on a warm, sunny Sunday and everyplace was busy on the main road. However, a block off the main highway is this little gem of a restaurant. Good food, generous portions, and reasonable prices (probably the best Reuben I have ever had). Looks like more of a local hangout, but we certainly were quite welcome.... More
