Goobs of potatoes, eggs so-so

Not overly impressed by Cottage Café. Plenty of potatoes (mushy) and the eggs every time were poorly done. Our impression is that they need more kitchen space and another cook or two but that would cut profits so its probably not going to happen. Too bad: menu has great items on it.

What a cute place. The food was decent. My friend ordered the fish and chips which were terrible. She had one piece that was burnt (almost black), and the fish was like rubber. She couldn't eat more than a few bites of it. It ended up getting sent back and they were nice to let her pick something new from... More

Very good and busy place for breakfast. Traditional American breakfasts served fast. This is one popular spot. Expect to wait if you come during regular breakfast hours. However, they really hustle and keep people moving through so your wait won't be long. Food cooked right and the slices of sourdough toast are gigantic. Their parking lot is cramped with no... More

The servers have been with the Cottage restaurant since the beginning and a kick in the pants. Where else would you get to hold a koala? Great breakfast and lunch- the patio is wonderful.

Two feisty boys, plus parents and grandparents had a great meal. But this place has a line waiting for a table by 8:30 AM on Presidents' Day! Once seated the kids are placated by rapid arrival of "kid proof drink cups" and nice Childrens menu. The wait staff here go a hundred miles an hour, but they are good --... More

The Cottage Cafe is incredibly popular. That means there is almost always a bit of a wait. The service is very good, very friendly. The interior design is very attractive. I've always liked anything I had to eat thing. The only negative for me was the volume. There are a lot of people in the space, which makes for quite... More

What a great little place for breakfast or lunch....quaint is the best word to describe it....may have to wait a while for a table, but, overall it is worth it.

Patience is required on a weekend morning. The line may be long but the food is like home made without having to do the dishes! Waffles with blueberries or pecans are my favorite.
