good service, hard to make a poor breakfast so nothing that stands out as distinguishing them as a place to go.

Went in to do some studying on a couple different occasions and they let me sit in a corner booth on the opposite end of the restraunt so I wouldn't be disturbed. Of if they are busy then I understand if they can't do this. All the staff is very nice fast service and still the great IHOP good I... More

My father in law loves to go to IHOP. They always take care of him and make him feel welcome. He is in a wheelchair. We love the guy that calls everyone "Boss" or Papa" he make everyone smile. Great waiter. Try the French toast Brioche. Really good! Be back soon.

My husband and I drive to this IHOP rather than going to a closer one. Always Great food and Service! Previous Reviewer is right.. Manager was working with Staff, Love to see he cares enough about his store and workers to work by their sides! I cannot express how highly we think of this place and their staff..

The IHOP in the Spokane Valley is outstanding. The food is excellent, so is the service. The plaec is very clean and well maintained. There is real pride in ownership and management. Last evening they were giving away free pancakes for a donation to a charity. It was a mad house. The manager was friendly and wonderful to his staff.... More

I had lunch today at the IHOP adjacent to Spokane Valley mall. The selection was excellent and surprisingly well priced. Also, the service was first rate and I even got a booth without asking for one despite the lunch time rush and the restaurant being nearly full. My only complaint would be the lack of desserts, which is the one... More

Who's the largest population eating here? SENIORS! 2nd---Families! The menu is terrific with so many options, and kids eat free some hours. CONS: We encounter too many times when there is no decaf ready. Diet/low-calorie egg dish was loaded with salt.
