The valley location falls short on dishes

I've been to both the valley and south hill locations and the food execution at the south hill location is better than the one in the valley. Recipes may be the same but the back of the house staff at the south hill location executed it's better I have seen this the most with the pasta dishes... read more

Went here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Enjoyed a nice quiet dinner. Restaurant was rather empty for a late Sunday afternoon. Decor is very nice. Took advantage of Happy Hour drinks (Classic Mojitos) very refreshing. Had the crab & spinach dip appetizer & it was dynamite. Husband had the Bison burger which was outstanding. I had the Kahlua Pork Sandwich... More

the last time I was there the fryer was out and the waitress didn't inform us until we were ready to order, so we had to change up on the fly. She didn't handle the change well, maybe the wrong line of work for her. We usually enjoy the "drunken doughnuts" but missed out due to the fryer.

Have eaten at Twigs in Tri-Cities, North Spokane and now Spokane Valley. Have never been disappointed. They are known for their martinis, though I didn't try one. Hubby had a great margarita and his salmon was done to perfection....I went off the wagon and had their fish and chips...best fries ever, with basil and seasonings...fish was moist and coating crunchy... My choice for the evening was Alaskan cod with coleslaw and fries. The meal was prepared from scratch and done well. The cod was lightly battered, moist and flaky. The coleslaw was slightly sweet and didn't cover up the flavor of the cabbage. The fries had a delicate crispness on the outside and perfectly done.

We came here with friends and had 4 starter dishes. We laughed at the Moroccan Beef with Gorgonzola sauce. Obviously, the Moroccans are great users of Gorgonzola and use it everyday in their recipes!!!

Very nice atmosphere and good, tasty salads and soup. Family trendy, and we enjoy this restaurant often when were in the Spokane Valley.

Twigs, while a chain, has a comfortable, local feel with an extensive menu. We sat at the bar on a quiet night and enjoyed watching soccer on one of the many tv's. There were several good choices of wine by the glass and a number of craft beers. My wife ordered a garlic gorgonzola burger and I a bison burger.... More

Just in Spokane for the night, and when we saw the menu and pictures of this place, we had to check it out. We split the Tuscan pizza and the dessert pizza and both were excellent! The outside patio was nice and relaxing, with the sun hidden below the mountains by the time we arrived. Great food, great service.
