A hidden gem

We were looking for somewhere new to go for our anniversary, and at first I wasn't sure about a restaurant in a strip mall near the railway tracks, but we were pleasantly surprised. We ate here with friends while visiting Spokane Valley a few weeks ago. The menu has many upscale choices in a very nicely decorated setting. The service was very good. The wine list was not tops but had enough variety for most people's tastes. We ate the braised beef ribs served on mashed potatoes and the dish was hearty, tasty... More

I've been going here a lot for a few years and have never had a bad experience. The waitress did bring us the wrong wine recently and told us when we were over half way done and charged us anyway. We noticed something was "off" but didn't know for sure until she brought up the fact that the bartender misunderstood... More

Went here on the recommendation of local hotel staff. I was not disappointed. It was a cold, rainy night , so I started off with the Minestrone. It was steaming hot, with a rich tomato broth, filled with lots of tender veggies. For the next course I tried the beet salad with gorgonzola & walnuts and a balsamic vinegarette dressing.... More

DON'T DO THIS: You track down Ambrosia and pull in to the strip mall massive parking lot and you immediately turn and burn since obviously nothing good could be here. WRONG!! Be brave, go through the door and get seated. If you are lucky enough to be served by Paul you will already be family. The menu will surprise you... More

We have gone to Ambrosia on several occasions, the service is always great. The menu has great choices, really good salads, steak or seafood so fits everyone's budget and tastes. Easy place to go as a group, or couples. Its fun to sit at the bar

After having read about it for a while, we ventured in after a movie in area, and were pleasantly surprised. It is in a commercial (and industrial border of town) but an open parking lot offered a sunset view that evening. Once you are inside, the bistro atmosphere kicks in; decor and hostesses are welcoming. Our dinner was very very... More

Great Atmosphere, Service & Food. Don't let the "shopping center" location throw you; this place knows what they are doing. AND it's only 20-25 min to the airport. (For those of you staying in a hotel for that very reason). Great job gang!

Ambrosia has an eclectic menu with something bound to please even a "picky eater". We enjoy the sandwiches and soups. Have eaten there many times and never disappointed.

Had heard great things but was disappointed. Ordered the blackened salmon blt and it was truly blackened, dry and crusty. Service was slow, not due to being busy. Not impressed, won't return.
