A group of us were recommended to try this place for a bite and a drink. We had a warm welcome from the manager (or could have been a member of staff) and the food was very good. It wasn't jazzy gastro style but just honest decent local pub food. I had scampi which was not like normal processed scampi... More

Nice friendly pub close to the ferry port in Rosslare. We went for dinner coming off the ferry on arrival, and liked it so much we came again in the other direction. They clearly do a bustling business with a lot of locals. In high season or weekend nights a reservation would probably be necessary. We were a couple but... More

I recently enjoyed Sunday lunch with family at Coopers and it was my first time there, I had heard the food was impressive! This is a very nice pub/restaurant and I really enjoyed my visit-staff were both efficient and friendly, food was very good at reasonable prices. They serve an excellent pint of Guinness here also! It had a very... More

Good menu with lost of sea food which was excellently cooked. The waitress was attentive. No complaints from us.

Recommended as it was very local to where we were staying. Nice little village pub, welcoming and friendly. Food was good, but nothing spectacular. Little bit pricey for the quality, but overall worth it for a quick easy meal.

This is a lovely pub that serves good wholesome food with a snug area if you don't want to eat in the main pub area. Obviously very busy with locals, ate here recently and had one of the evening's fresh fish specials, Monkfish it was, really fresh and tasty, my wife had a chicken main course in a bun, she... More

The Coopers Inn is a friendly bar and restaurant, the service is excellent, the prices reasonable, the steaks sublime. I have used this restaurant for a meal on numerous occasions and have never had a complaint.

A traditional pub popular with locals. Separate dining area off the bar. Service was excellent with a warm welcome and prompt attention. Thoroughly enjoyed fried plaice fillets with chips and salad. Not a long menu but enough choice for most people. Very handy if you are staying at Moyglare Lodge which is 2 minutes walk away.
