Never disappoints

One of the top restaurants in Manila! It's not cheap though, so be warned. Having said that, my wife and I have been here three times and the food is always worth what you pay for. They keep changing menus often (my favorite tri-tips with foie gras is gone) so expect things may be different if you... read more

The restaurant was very nice inside but lacked atmosphere as there was few people dinning, yes it was 1800hrs but thought more people would be here. Food was good and the service was ok.

I enjoyed an exceptional dinner with close friends. This restaurant has been completely and impressively moved up into what can compare with any restaurant in Asia never mind Manila. The new group that has taken over the restaurant and brought in a top European chef has done a remarkable job with a classic restaurant. I had the scallops and shrimp... More

We had to get our own menus and pretty much got ignored as there was a big group in. Being able to see the kitchen was cool and it looked like they knew what they were doing. The food was indeed very high quality - it was yummy - and the price reflects this. Tiny tables with too big plates... More

We enjoyed an outstanding meal again, after this wonderful restaurant reopened following a refit. The food is certainly the best currently in the Fort and this restaurant should be listed in the top 5 of restaurants in the Philippines. My wife and I enjoyed her birthday celebration!

I brought my mom here to celebrate our birthday together. We had the degustation menu and it was fantastic!!! I really loved how all the dishes were subtle in flavor but with different textures – every mouthful was a different experience! They also surprised us with birthday cakes, both were placed in two separate plates with a birthday greeting for... More

We were a group of 12 people from Australia, India, the United States and Philippines, so a very varied set of tastes. The restaurant has recently reopened after some remodelling, and they have done an excellent job. Staff are attentive without being over bearing. Food arrived on time, was incredibly well presented, everyone agreed the food was terrific and not... More

My bf brought me here for a surprise Valentine's date a few years ago and it has been etched in our memory as one of the best dinners we've ever had! It's a bit pricey though but hey, Valentine's comes only once a year. ;D

would like to give a 'good' review however next is 'very good' which for the value I don't think its fitting. The lobster is very tasty and all other meals I have had here have been nice but not worth the price tag. In saying that though, when you are struggling to find good food in Manila you don't mind...
