Description: Aubergine Restaurant and Patisserie was established as an apprenticeship venue for International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (ISCAHM) students for a thorough training in the same way as working in a first-class and fine-dining restaurant and in a 5-star hotel set-up kitchen. But it is the first and foremost world class restaurant that quickly carved its niche in the Philippine dining scene and beyond. Furthermore, Aubergine has earned the nod of a number of award-giving bodies including the Miele Guide, naming it as Asia's Top 20 Best Restaurants.

In the hands of professional chefs, food becomes an expression of Filipinos culture. From the fresh from the garden salads to a wonderful taste of Main courses paired with the finest wines from well-stocked cellars. Unique to stir your culinary curiosity, from an exotic twist on a traditional French dish to a theatrical course by course menu.Fantastic service ( A1) from... More

The ambience of this restaurant is definitely well-planned. The decorations and accents will keep you entertained as you wait for your orders. The staff may need more training about their menu but they try to assist the customer in whatever way they can. I got the degustation menu so the dishes I tried were already set. The soup was tasty... More

Me and my business partners came into the restaurant to eat dinner. The place is pricey so we expect good food and good service But then we experienced the worst fine dining in Manila. At first, nobody opened the main door to welcome us then as we all seated, hostess gave the wrong menu and bumped unto us without saying... More

Went there for dinner with my wife and a friend. The place is very nice with a cava that integrates very well with the restaurant. I had the degustation menu, this menu has several amuse bouche, soup, main course, cheese and then dessert. What I appreciate about this set menu is that I feel the chef made an effort to... More

Aubergine is by far our second favorite when it comes to fine dining in Manila. Cosy ambiance, great food.. we took the degustation menu and everything was delicious. We had a table just beside the kitchen, where we could see the chefs in action. Service was mediocre though and could definitely use some improvement. The German chef/owner was very friendly... More

It was our first time to visit to Aubergine (one of the most exquisite dining place in Manila) and the overall great experience started when we walked in. We were assisted by Mr. Irlan who greeted us with a million dollar smile. He was a friendly and very accommodating guy plus knowledgeable in wine. He even took time to show... More

Inclined t0 traditional french. Food is not bad for its setting, my foie gras was cooked perfectly. My mom's pasta did not quite make it though. I think it needed more marriage for the dishes. As for its service, it has to improved. Server at times don't understand my accent so they don't get my request. Ill give it another... More

My family visited Aubergine during the lunch service. The menu reads well including the lunch and kids menu, so we have decided to dine there. We have ordered 2 kids meal, 1 from the lunch menu and the rest a la carte. It all went wrong when first the waiter cannot explain to us what kind of soup he was... More

On a recent business trip to Manila I was introduced to Aubergine by one of my colleagues based there who highly recommended Aubergine. I had a couple of doubts on my way up to the restaurant (it is above a McDonalds) but as soon as I entered with my guests I knew I needn't have worried. We were seamlessly shown... More
