Filipino Food at Its Best

We had the honour of eating at this amazing place thanks to our friend, Liza O Trinidad. The service there was really good and the food prepared was scrumptious and delicious and we couldn't stop eating eventhough we were very very full. I cant remember the names of the food we ordered, but each... read more

three (3) heaven's gifts on my plate: 1. pork sinigang in purple yam - i often lost my face in a bowl. it is rich and sour to goodness. 2. fried tilapia with buro - the presentation - superb. the taste of buro matches the fish very well. 3. rice inside a bamboo - intriguing! fresh & hot these are... As soon as we arrived, staff was already greeting you with their smiles. They provided us with their hospitali and friendliness as they took our orders. While having dinner, they will checked if we need of something, that's why we enjoyed chatting while we were enjoying Paco Fern Salad, Lumpiang Ubod for our appetizer, Binukadkad na Tilapia and Bulanglang! Excellent... More

We dined at Abe for lunch on a Saturday. Although the restaurant was not busy, service was HORRIBLE. We asked 4 times for water. We asked 3 times for a knife to cut our lamb adobo (it was too tough to cut with a fork). The entire lunch lasted over 2 hours, and we ordered very little. This is the... More

The food was amazing! Knockout knuckles, spicy gising gising, the guava sinigang and the fish oh so delicious. The desert called secret maria was so delicious. The staff, and services was excellent as well. This is a do over!

Great restaurant, great chefs, great food, big hospitality smiles, plus great company of friends who came from the US - made the perfect dinner of three hours. The " gising- gising" made of diced kang kong stalks with chili and heavy coconut milk made the right fiery sidekick for a great meal. The fried fish exotically served like in Bangkok... More

Last day before we go back to the US and still want to enjoy filipino food. Super friendly, tasty, and clean! They even let us try a snack that is typical of merienda for free!

Deliciously well prepared Filipino food. The drinks appetizer main dish and desserts were well done beautifully presented and tasty. Having been here several times, i have tried many of their food and have not been disappointed so far. Ideal place for those who wanted to try Filipino food the first time or those who missed eating Filipino food.

Place was packed when we went. Lucky to get a table. This would have been my first try at Filipino cuisine. Took forever for the service staff to serve us whether its the menu or placing of order. Barely a smile and full of impatience. Patronising tone to my colleague who was bringing us out for dinner. Food took a... More

Went for dinner to let an Irish colleague try out Filipino cuisine. We were ushered in earlier than the time for which we reserved a table, so that's a plus. We had Kare Kare, Pinakbet, Chicken Adobo with bananas, Shrimp with Coco milk and Pork Sinigang with Ube. The food was good but not really outstanding - the broth of... More
