Discovered this superb cuisine all the way out in Pampanga... surprised to learn they had a branch (all this time!) right in the heart of Global City! Very very good Filipino. (Chicharon Bulaklak is sublime) other Filipino all time favorites are brought to a new level.

Abe's was a very busy place which had the waiting staff running around in a blur. The food was unfamiliar so I had to rely on my host. One of the first things we tried was the Pla Pla. This is a St Peter Fish but served in a way I had never had it before. Quite striking (see photo)... More

With so many good restaurants serving delicious filipino food I dont think this one has any merit ... Go somewhere else until their chef(s) and waiters has learned how to serve good food to match the prices they demand!

Nice upscale Philippino restaurant in Serendra. Service was amazing the the food was just as impressive. We had the Sinuteng baby squid, Bicol express, crispy tadyang, chicken adobado, and bamboo rice. It was a very filling meal for 6 people and we finished it off with their signature halo halo. I would easily come back here to eat again.

I was happy with the resurgence of great Filipino restaurants in the last decade, and this is a leader. Great food, good service means long lines. Come early. Try the Paco salad and crispy pata. And they have this weird yummy standing-up fried fish. Hearty family eating. Go now!

You cant beat Abe for Pampangan cuisine. The Crispy Pata is excellent as is the Tilapia. Set aside a good 1.5 hours to really enjoy this the experience. Importantly, the service is excellent.

As there were a lot to choose from a line of restaurant yesterday (9/21/2014) when my friends and I decided to dine at Abe and these are the dishes we had: 1. Lamb Abodo - if you are looking for that alternative twist fro adobo, this one is an absolute surprise having that sense of lamb and the savory spice... More

Abs specializes in Pampangan cuisine (north provincial). I like that the menu is not overwhelming. My favorites include the Gising Gising, Crispy Pata (Fried Pork Knuckles) and the Fried Butterflied Tilapia. Service is efficient.

If youre looking for the authentic filipino cuisine with capampangan origins, this is the place. Nice and clean restaurant, attentive waiters/waitresses. Great tasting food!
