You cant beat Abe for Pampangan cuisine. The Crispy Pata is excellent as is the Tilapia. Set aside a good 1.5 hours to really enjoy this the experience. Importantly, the service is excellent.

As there were a lot to choose from a line of restaurant yesterday (9/21/2014) when my friends and I decided to dine at Abe and these are the dishes we had: 1. Lamb Abodo - if you are looking for that alternative twist fro adobo, this one is an absolute surprise having that sense of lamb and the savory spice... More

Abs specializes in Pampangan cuisine (north provincial). I like that the menu is not overwhelming. My favorites include the Gising Gising, Crispy Pata (Fried Pork Knuckles) and the Fried Butterflied Tilapia. Service is efficient.

If youre looking for the authentic filipino cuisine with capampangan origins, this is the place. Nice and clean restaurant, attentive waiters/waitresses. Great tasting food!

Abe is one of the three best Filipino restaurants I've visited recently in Metro Manila (the others are Crisostomo in Eastwood and Wooden Spoon on Katipunan Ave). Abe is slightly pricey but the dishes we tried were all excellent, the portions generous and the service spotless. I would certainly recommend the place to anybody who wants to indulge in some... Had bangus, rice and some saucy chicken delicacies, all of them tasted well and were nicely prepared. The flavours were great and the staff was helpful in suggesting the best dishes as per my description of what kind of flavour and taste I wanted. Its a nice place to sit and relax, having a glass wall overlooking the BGC market... More

Recommended by a colleague while here on a short business trip for its fantastic Philippine cuisine. Popped by for a visit with the wife and were guided through the menu by one of the delightfully friendly staff. Ended up with three excellent dishes (rice is served for free) and two fresh mango juices. Total came to around 1800 php and... More

Filipino food it not known for being among the world's best cuisine, but this place serves the best of what the cuisine has to offer. Go for the lamb adobo and bamboo rice. Try the Bicol express and finish with the halo halo. If you've never had Filipino food before because all you've heard about is balut, this is the... More

This was quite a surprise. I really liked dining here. Abe is kapampangan for companion or friend and this filipino (with spanish influence) restaurant serves one of the best local cuisine in town. The place and atmosphere definitely gives you the historic filipino-spanish vibe. The area is amiable, refreashing and well-maintained. The food is real good. Some of the dish... More
