Very nice!

We came to this place where we ate as a queens and kings. The food is excellent and the staff very helpful. The menu has a lot of options that can make anyone happy. I was there on tuesday August 18th. The pasta you see in the picture is the worst I have ever eaten. They write in the menu "pasta with pistacchio pesto and bottarga", but they put also panna (milk cream). The pistacchio was burnt and the bottarga was just an idea in the dish. Go anywhere else if you like pasta... More

We arrived to Al Boccone around 11pm, the owner and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We immediately got a table by the water, a few inches from the sea, overlooking the Marzamemi bay, just stunning. We order a fettuccine with pistacchio pesto + bottarga and a ravioli filled with borragine and limone... Both yummy and delicious! The white... More

I never write negative reviews but in this case I need to. This restaurant has ok food but the prices are way to high. We had dinner with our two kids. Two simple pastas, a pasta with shrimps and a tuna steak. Accompanied by a tomato salad and a green salad. Two bottles of water. We ordered two glasses of... More

Tourist trap! We were 7 adults and 5 teenagers and got only 2 menu's because the waiter wanted us to order his 'suggestions' which were not coincidently the most expensive dishes...Same for the wine, we asked for a dry wine and received the most expensive of the wine list. When pooring the wine in the glasses, he filled them so... More

8 of us went to this restaurant last week, on a Saturday night, we are all Sicilian but from a different part of the island.. Good food ( bottarga and pistachio pesto linguine are recommend ) - starters were slightly disappointing, and service was average. We were given a lovely table with a great view and we were looked after... More

Me and my family visited this horrible restaurant a couple of days ago. We were five in total, and on our table only 4 chairs were available even though the reservation was for 5 people, so I had to ask for a chair which was provided after another 10 minutes. Another waiter came by with 3 menus. I asked for... More

Walked into this place for lunch during a late season vacation with my daughter and grandchildren. Nice seaside terrace, passable fish and seafood - presumably local - but prices way out of proportion with the quality of the food. 134€ for a 2-course lunch (the kids had only one) for 2 adults and 2 small kids !!! Always ask for... More

We were "invited" in, shown to a beautiful table overlooking the mediterranean sea, that's where the dream ended. No menu, we were told what was "good" and "fresh". We ordered 2 plates of sea food salad, 1 plate of vegetable antipasti, 1 bottle of water and were given a bill for 70 Euros. Disgraceful, gives other Sicilian restauranteurs a bad... More

If you happen to drop by at the small Marina at Marzameni, in Sicily, pay a visit to this reataurant. Service is excellent and food fantastic, test "spaghetti bottarga and pistacchio". Price is very reasonable for what you get. Booking is recommended. I raccomand it for family too.
