At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather. The original facade of the converted post office is integrated beautifully with the modern decor inside. Leather booths and chandeliers on the staircase are just some of the features used to pull some of Surbiton’s swankiness inside. And as it was the home of Rupert Bear’s creator, Alfred Bestall, we just couldn’t resist a subtle nod the bear himself here and there.Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather.

Poor show for national chain

When you have support of a national brand we expect a higher standard. Nice decoration but food presentation poor service OK .

Bruschetta starter consisted of whole (?) peeled cherry toms upon toasted bread with fresh basil. Sounds nice, but disappointed to live up to what I expected. Undoubted some chopped red onion, a little pesto and some olive oil would have lifted the dish no end! The main pizza, their special wide flat pizza (Sofia), was a little dry despite the... More

Went to Zizzi Surbiton yesterday the 4th of February. I ordered a Pollo prosciutto and it was just fantastic. The chicken was melting in my mouth it was cooked to the perfection. It is a pleasure to see that even in peak time the chef in the kitchen are just delivering a perfect dish. So I would like to thank... More

Visited this restaurant on first arrival day in Oct 2015. Just to have some food before go to bed, I found this place near Surbiton station. Didn't know this place after I found out it was a franchise in UK. They had really big sized pizzas that I couldnt finish them. Good choice for first triers.

Amazing service , served by a lovely polish girl with dark hair. Food was excellent and we had no problems during our visit. Would highly recommend as the service was very quick and the food was very good value for money! Very tasty! 100% going back.

Service was slow and after reviewing four different menus, we chose to go for a fixed price set menu. When ordering, three main course options were not available, which the service team member had failed to tell us. The food was bland and required copious amounts on chilli oil, pepper and parmesan to have any flavour. Appreciate it is a... More

Went here on a Friday night, spur of the moment. We were seated very quickly, but left for about 10 mins before being served. The managers were too busy chatting and cuddling each other to bother about what was going on around them. I saw plates of food being returned because of wrong orders. We had to ask for one... More
