First attended here in 2010 after moving into town. Went in expecting standard "corporation beers" and the usual pub grub. Very pleased to find that the beer selection is quite good, and the food variety and quality puts it,well beyond regular pub fare. Service has always been good, and we adopted it as our local watering hole forthwith. Come hungry... More

The food is very good, and our server was pleasant. Our order arrived in reasonable time, and we quite enjoyed our meal, and will come back again.

Had a one hour lunch during business training course being held in Cookstown. Went here. It looks really nice. We let staff know we had to be in and out in one hour. They told us no issue. We didn't get our food in about an hour and we were all late for the training class. Never going here again.

I happened to be passing by this September with my man and we figured we would stop in and check out the Pub. You really need to clean your carpets, very dirty looking and the place looks run down. Our wings seemed very overcooked and were dry. It was sort of busy but took almost an hour for two orders... More

Great service and an owner who really cares. Tasty food and good range of beers on tap. Can get busy on wing nights but then the wings are great and the price cheap! Worth a visit if only for the Speckled Hen on tap!

I go to all the restaurants in Cookstown. This one is a good average Pub. The food is good but they have a tendency to spice things heavily. If you like that you will really enjoy the food. Myself I liked things toned down abit like their Sheppard's Pie and Fish and Chips. I have never been disappointed by the... More

good people, good food, and fair pricing, would like to see more imports on draft, but what they do have is fine too.
