Gaoneras, jamaica flowers and "chocolatísimo with vanilla ice cream" are a must

Cute place with good food and a large menu to choose from. Service is kind and friendly. Very close to the zócalo ( main center of the little town) and main attractions.

It was hard to choose our meals since many things on the menu sounded good. My son had the fideo seco, my bf the pozole blanco and I had a spinach salad with pear and goat cheese. Everything was delicious! The pozole had a lot of meat and the pear in my salad had been marinated in jamaica. The waiter... More

On our way up to the pyramid of Malinalco we decided to have some lunch and were directed to this charming little restaurant. I decided to get the Consume' with chicken and it was one of the best I have had in many years. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff was polite, helpful and very efficient. The... If you want to try good food with great service don't miss this place. Start with an order of "gorditas" or "sopes", then try any of the "chiles" one of them is a combination of the traditional recipe plus a touch of new, like the filling with pears.

After climbing all the way up to the Malinalco temple-pyramid, we were pleasantly surprised to find this little gem of a restaurant. Open kitchen concept and expertly prepared meals. Great change from the traditional Mexican fare. Service was excellent, food was fabulous and decor very authentic and unassuming. Louise
