What can I add to earlier reviews? Having heard that the chef likes to do things a litte out of the ordinary, we ate at the restaurant on New Year's Eve. We enjoy being surprised and were not disappointed. The menu was imaginative, very well prepared and as exciting on the plate as on the pallet. The service was spot... More

In a small village 5 miles outside of Narbonne, lies a bread shop, a grocers and amazingly a stunning delicious restaurant. We wre staying very near in a guest house, whose owner concluded that this is one of the best restaurants in the area and she's right. The interior is comfortable and contemporary with a rustic touch. You have to... More

The menu at lunch was 23E (almost double at night). Wine fairly expensive and only available by the named bottle (no house wine) The food sublime and service excellent. Beautifull Restaurant but lacking a little in atmosphere. Dog friendly In a lovely village but a little remote

We returned to the Table Du Chateau in September 2013. On our previous visit we had sat in the covered courtyard rather than the internal restaurant which was a perfect for a warm summers evening. As it was cooler this time we opted for the inside dining room which is a very well refurbished room of the ancient chateau. The... More

This is a nice restaurant outside Narbonne on the way to Carcassonne. I chose the restaurant based on good reviews for my wife and I to meet up with friends. It was good to have reserved - a couple entering ahead of us were turned away. The restaurant is nice and the menu is good. There are english menus available.... More

We visited this restaurant in 2012 on the advise of our landlady at the villa! It is a little on the expensive side but worth every penny! From unique starters to mind blowing mains and desserts to die for as well as fab service! It is by far the best place to eat in the area maybe even in the... More

Staying in the local area we found La Table through recommendation. It did not disappoint, satisfying 4 adults and two teenage girls who present a breadth of tastes and preferences. There was something in all three courses which excited although, the two adults that had the veal both felt it to be the least special of the dishes. The rabbit... More

We have been going to the restaurant ever since it first opened and we prefer it by far to the Michelin starred restaurant in the area. Lovely open, sail covered terrace at the rear, attentive service and menus in English for those that struggle with some of the descriptions. The wine list is far more extensive that last year and... We have never been disappointed at the Table du Chateau in Bizanet. The owner / chef and his wife prepare and serve fabulous food, at a reasonable price, in a lovely environment. There is now a terrace area for enjoying your meal outside. The menu de Marche at lunchtime was exquisite at 19 euros. Do not miss!
