Very good créole and French food The " flanc coco" is gorgeous ! Enjoy !!! And the prices are good as well
We just returned from a week in Saint Martin, and ate here three times. The tuna steak with soy sauce, the white chocolate mousse, for desert. Even the house salad, for a start - an amazing vinagrette salad dressing. Enjoy !
Great food, great service, friendly staff and easily accomodated our many food allergies. So good we went twice during our seven day stay.

My wife and I had dinner at Le Taitu on a Thursday evening. First time dinning here. Wonderful atmosphere, excellent food and great service. Their sauces are superb. Will definitely dine here again on our annual Sint Martin trip.
This restaurant is a positive addition to any St Martin -St Maarten vacation. John and staff are warm, friendly, and helpful hosts. Food and it's presentation are excellent - I would describe Le Taitu's food variety and its tastes/flavor but words fail me. You must experience a visit not only for its great food but the ambiance of place -... More
We stayed in Cul de Sac and visited the restaurant not only because of convenience reasons. We were surprised during our first visit and came back again and again. This is a nice spot to have dinner. It is a small restaurant that is just lovely. There are lots of choices and reasonably priced. Food was delicious.
This place is not getting the attention it deserves. A previous reviewer mentions that they're table wasn't offered certain specials because they were American? That's just a really weird comment and completely untrue based on my experience. The staff was very hospitable and whatever is taking place in the kitchen should be copied by others because the food was outstanding.... More
Friendly restaurant but nothing too special. Had 2 apps, 2 mains, and 1 dessert for $90 (with a bottle of water). Given the price we've definitely had better food on the island. Ordered my tuna rare and it was overdone, but wasn't dried out. The sauces were quite nice. Sides were pretty boring. The duo of scallops and shrimp seemed... More
