We found Rucola while on a long tiring journey, and what a lucky break! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent and friendly. The restaurant was beautifully set out and spotlessly clean, and the bill was reasonable. What more can you ask? We will certainly be back!

Love this place ! Authentic food and staff, what more could you ask for. However, service can be a bit hit and miss and also the menu caters towards the Brits rather than vice versa, but on the whole, a great place for lunch, with an odd location under the block of flats!

We have been eating in this restaurant for years and we absolutely love it. Sunday lunch two courses set menu of £13 per person is excellent value but there is another branch under the same owner/ management in Little Chalfont which offers £9 per person for two courses lunch, unbelievable. The amazing thing is that every single dish in the... More

Great place in a tranquil part of Uxbridge West London. Mario the manager reminds me of a military general who looks at you with distaste if you ask for anything that is not truly Italian and to be honest you are lucky if he does it!! Main menu for £13 is very good value for 2 courses but it is... More

The food was great. Haven't been here for years but it hasn't changed. We had the Sunday 2 courses for £13 which is very good value. It was very quiet and for most of our meal we were the only ones in restaurant. The only thing is that they didn't have a children's menu, which is unusual for an Italian... More

Rucola's has been located here for many years and is still the best restaurant in Uxbridge. Food is amazing Italian and great value, two courses for £14 is unbelievable for the quality. Perfect for business, couples and families. Highly recommend

Good welcome from very pleasant staff. Good ambience. Menu extensive but not necessarily Italian. Food cooked fresh, served hot. Generous portions. They do understand special diets, including gluten free. Deserts from sixties style trolley but very extensive choice. Unfortunately very uncomfortable chairs. Take your own cushions. Please do chain your chairs to more comfortable ones. I have had meals here... More

An old fashioned Italian just outside Uxbridge. We chose it because it has a large car park on the side road next to it. The menu is fish, meat and a few pasta dishes. No pizza. The free fresh bread, olives and tapenade on the table were delicious!! I ordered sirloin steak in peppercorn sauce well done. It was chewy... More

The Restaurant is the best you will find for many miles, cuisine is first class, although Italian it is very varied in its choice of dishes, service is impeccable. Situated just a short walk from Uxbridge Tube station, also very accessible by bus and within easy reach from Heathrow & its Hotels (several buses incd. U3, 350, 222). They also... More

I took 9 ladies (all over 80) to lunch. The food was excellent value - 2 courses for £13 and the service was attentive. When I arrived I informed the maitre d that it was simpler for the ladies to buy their own drinks before the meal, which makes it easier for me to settle the final bill. He said... More
