We have visited Carlito's at least once or twice every year for the last 5 years. Food always excellent and such a wonderful change from the usual restaurants. With the new road from Cabo,it makes it easily accessible by car. Cannot wait to return.

You need to know where this is as it is off the beaten track. The seafood is simply amazing. Presentation and flavours are second to none. Don't order from the menu, let Carlos surprise you.

The food is always inspired in taste, combinations of flavors and presentation. This time, the banana peppers stuffed with crab in a wonderful sauce served in a martini glass were finger licking good....so good we ordered another for dessert. The special margarita of the day was excellent, but the big WOW was the octopus salad. Best octopus we have had... More

We were so looking forward to dinner because Carlos was back! The food was good but did not make up for the poor service. Everyone was pleasant but our food was not served at the same time. Our appetizers we served at different times so some of the group of eight were finished before others were served. The icing on... More

Don't leave Baja before you have stopped at Carlito's ---- Carlos is a world class chef------ and equally important----- he is a world class host and person. To compliment Carlos is his "better half" Brianda-----she is as gracias as she is beautiful.------ stop for lunch, stop for dinner, stop for a drink, stop and say hello---------- Just stop ----- this... This is, without a doubt, one of the most surprising restaurants in Baja. It is a palapa (it has four tables - all outdoors) off a dirt road in Pescadero. The owner, Carlos, personally catches most of the fish eaten here which guarantees it's freshness. He has a wonderful menu but if you eat here just have him serve what... More

I love Carlito's Place. Definitely a top 10 in my list of my favorite restaurants. Most people coming to eat here are people living/vacationing in Los Cabos which is about an hour away; so for some it might sound off-putting. They only accept cash, and are a little bit on the pricier side. Nevertheless everything about this place is worth... More

We always go for a special dinner at Carlito's. We have a home in Pescadero and always try to take friends there who come for a visit. A little pricey but worth every morsel.
