Friendly and atmospheric breakfast place. Reasonable prices, they do their best to make you welcome and fill you up. Free coffee refills.

good service, but wasn't wowed by any of the dishes, except for the complementary manta ray salad, which was surprisingly delectable.

We found this to be the best restaurant in Campeche. Great food, English menu and friendly service. We almost did not walk inside, because it looked like a hole in the wall men's club from the outside. The fruit smoothies were fabulous. Never got sick here! Loved the women's costumes.

Marganzo is in a great setting close to the city walls of this beautiful town. The restaurant itself shares this sense of artistic sensitivity in appearance. Went for a group meal here. Food OK wine OK but noise levels far too high. Total lack of any soft furnishings meant that it just bounces off the walls so people have to... More

This was our third trip to Campeche and probably the 5th or 6th visit to Marganzo. You might wonder why we keep going back if the experience is only average but we have actually had excellent meals here so I guess we keep hoping for more of those. And the number of good restaurants within the old town is limited.... More

Really good food at this restaurant. The entertainment was really good and the restaurant itself looked very nice. The menu was huge, lots of strange recipes and Myan foods. I took the pepper stuffed with baby shark for starter and the pork roasted in banana leaves for main. Both were fantastically tasty and very reasonable prices. The only problem was... More

Restaurant fronts the old city wall and offers a quality meal at average prices. I had fish Veracruz, which aside from it being a bit fishy to my taste, was still good. They served an amazing manta ray salsa with their chips. My wife had the Cazon, which is black bean and baby shark, layered between tortillas like lasagna. Ladies... More

Six of us had lunch there and all were happy with their meal. I had empanadas filled with crab followed by spaghetti with a wide variety of mariscos and was very satisfied. Even though the location of the restaurant is close to the main square, there were no other tourists or expats in the restaurant... all locals. Friendly service with... More

The ladies dressed in typical dresses of the culture 100 years ago. There was outside for heat and inside for Air Conditioning. The music was soft, and the food was elegant. It was very costly, but you get what you pay for.
