We are a Cafe Bistro with a relaxed atmosphere serving great food sourced locally from the finest Cornish produce, fish from the boats directly opposite, vegetables from a local farmer & produce from local butchers. We have an outside seating area within a beautiful courtyard which is perfect for alfresco dining on a lovely summers day or evening, with views of the Sea, also we have two indoor restaurant areas with a cosy & welcoming feel. We aim to deliver great tasting food, friendly service & a relaxing experience for customers. We stock wonderful wines, bottled Cornish Cider, Ales & Lagers.

Top knotch cuisine in fabulous unspoilt Cornish cove

Freshest fish we've eaten in this country. Watched the fishing boat come in earlier in the day and the catch. Can't beat that. Then later that night (a Friday), next door to join in with the sea shanties with the fishermen and other Cadgwith Singers. Priceless. All courses were original and... read more

We took our friends to dinner there on a nippy March night and had a lovely evening in this very friendly restaurant with some of the best fish dishes I have ever had. Only problem was we all wanted to taste each others dishes - luckily the servings were big enough to manage this without getting too selfish. This restaurant... More

We had heard that the restaurant had changed ownership earlier this year. We were delighted that the food quality was so good, with excellent service too. My squid, crab and celeriac starter was top notch, also the Mains including the fish & chips with crushed peas and my wife's roast beef with plentiful veg was great too. Coffees finished a... More

The Old Cellars is good value for money and the food is fresh and well-presented. We had crab and salad sandwiches and chips. We didn’t have to wait too long for the food, and the serving staff was efficient. One thing that could be improved would be if the staff could be a bit friendlier, making eye contact and responding... More

Visited the Old Cellars at Cadgwith with some friends on Friday night. What a lovely meal we all had, Jack, Sophie and their team made us so welcome. As locals we will be back soon to try the fish which you cannot get much fresher than here in Cadgwith Cove. Highly recommended.
