Lovely relaxed setting and great food.

It does well to strike a relaxed feel and yet deliver classy dining experience. The service was efficient and friendly and the food was fresh and tasted great. The menu choice was also sufficient. Would definitely go back!

This cafe/restaurant came with good reviews and didn't disappoint. From external appearances we were a little apprehensive when we drove into the town. After finding the restaurant and wandering inside it was clear where the reviews were coming from. Our vego pizza was fantastic and the wine selection by the glass was one of the better ones we've had in... More

For centuries Eyrarbakki was the main harbor for the south coast of Iceland. Conditions were difficult and dangerous. Surf flags were used as warnings. A flagman would hang a white flag if the Straits were passable; red if dangerous and black meant not passable. Circa 1900 Bogi Melsteo imagined Eyrarbakki as a place with 6000 residents and a large harbor.... More

Our family had a nice, quiet, lunch here after a morning exploring the beaches in the area. The seafood dishes were better than the burgers by a wide margin. In particular the langoustines were fantastic! The service was not great as our waitress did not appear to know the menu and had to run back to the kitchen a couple... More

The food in the place is just incredible, I tried a little from all my friends dishes, and like mine it was just divine. The waitresses were lovely and service was great. Thanks for a great experience. Next time I'm back in Iceland I'll be coming back.

Highly recommend. The owner is so nice! I ordered the crawfish and a skyr dessert, lovely. The salad was also very very good.

We had stopped here previously for lunch and again we were not disappointed, enjoying a super lunch of lobster tagliatelle, steak and fries and cheese and ham toasties. The staff are very friendly and great with children.

Very cute white table cloth restaurant in a small town. It is open year round and always has langoustines on the menu. The food is excellent and service is good.
