This restaurant was a very pleasant discovery. The location is beautiful, with old wooden furnitures, handcrafts from the region and nice music. The food is really amazing and the service very very good. The entree, offered by the owners included potatoes candies: a speck wrap with fried potatoes laying on a branch of pine tree. Beautiful to see and super... More

Once again, Trip Advisor reviews (and our local host Daniele Albertini) were right on about this great restaurant. We have dined in several famous restaurants in big cities in the U.S. and I have to say this is one of the most memorable evenings we have ever had. All the previous reviews were almost too good to be true, but... More

A lovely fine dining restaurant, this establishment will not disappoint you. Family run, with wife Silvana at the stove and husband Danilo in the dining room, it was as great a discovery as it was accidental - and must thank Tripadvisor for that. The dining room is bright and cosy, wood panelling all around and a beautiful old school map... More

Husband in the front of house, wife (helped by progeny...) in the kitchen, a lovely room where every detail has been thought of; and, above all, really nice food: all this made for a wonderful meal at this elegant Locanda. Form the nibbles and amuse bouches you realise that you are in for a treat: the flavoured butters, the bunch... More

Brez is actually a village consisting of 5 hamlets (fraziones). We were staying in Traversara and luckily for us, this restaurant, which is part of the only hotel there, was open. The daughter of our host said the locals don’t like it that much, as for Italian rural standards it’s quite expensive and upmarket. When we arrived, it did seem... More

We found this restaurant through TripAdvisor and enjoyed a very creative and tasty dinner. The 4 amuse bouches were delightful. Prizewise you can expect entries around 10€, main courses around 20€. This place is definitely a recommendation.

We stayed in Brez for a week motorbike riding, one evening we walked down to the local restaurant. The food and service far exceeded any of our expectations. There were 7 of us so between us all we pretty much tried all the dishes and they were better than excellent! The waiter (maybe owner) was patient with us (we spoke... More

What a wonderful restaurant in the little village of Brez! We were staying in Brez for a couple of nights and were fortunate enough to eat at this restaurant twice. The food was superb!! On seating, a basket of home-baked breads was served to the table along with a small 'taster' (today that was a delicious crumbed zucchini morsel on... More

The town of Brez, in Trentino-Alto Adige, has only 700 inhabitants, and they are usually not visible in this quiet little town. So it was such a pleasant surprise to find this gourmet restaurant in the almost deserted main square! The bright dining room is part of a hotel with thirteen rooms. We started the meal with the complimentary "amuse... More
