This (I assume western owned) café is centrally located and seemingly always busy. The food is nice and spicy, the service is great with very friendly and knowledgeable staff and they serve great Lombok kopi, which they buy locally at 300,000rp a kilo from nearby farmers. Nice in the early evenings outdoors.

We was 2 nights in Lombok and after long trip to the waterfall we ate in this restaurant just in front of the guest house (easy ^^) The staff are really nice, you have to try the peanuts with Bintang beer it is excellent. We had with my friend a mexican burger, really tasty with different sauces. What I like... More

cosy place, friendly staff and red pineapple curry was the best thing I have tasted in Indonesia so far. Salami pizza was delicious too, not very big but we had enough.

Food is tasteless...shame. Disappointing experience. A guy I met on the street while walking in Senggigi recommended me this restaurant to have a quality time and good food. I had neither quality time nor good food. If you are looking for a place to eat continue to walk as there is so many other restaurants in Senggigi. Don't get ripped... More

My wife and I go to Lombok frequently, and we never miss on going to the Bumbu restaurant in Senggigi, it has a tranquil atmosphere with great food and service at very reasonable prices, they usually offer fresh popcorn's complimentary. Toha is the Owner, and he is usually their to introduce himself and ensure you are happy with the service... More

We went for lunch and although the portions were small we thought the food was good local fare and the price in comparison with our hotel was very cheap.

We enjoyed a great meal here. Stupidly cheap prices. Spicy beef salad, beef and prawn bumboo toast and Pendenang spring chicken marinated in spices (traditional lombok dish). Would definitely recommend.

We are a family of 5. We ordered 3 club sandwiches and 2 spaghetti bolonase. The club sandwiches were very average but the spaghetti bolonase was quite nice. We also ordered 5 watermelon juices. Total cost was IDR365k which I thought was a bit pricey.

Great place... simple nice and clean food. The spicy papaya salad is great. Small menu but great prices. 4 dishes plus 4 beers for $20 great value. Hungry cat under the table though. ha hA

We love Bumbu cafe and dined here twice a day. We were booked in Sheraton Senggigi and wanted to explore the surrounding area for more local cuisine and this was just the -BEST- find. I really, absolutely, adore the Green Curry dish and still dream about it to this day. If you find yourself in Senggigi, do yourself a favor... More
